Absolutely love the Truekind Wireless Bra but my last order was never delivered and I can't seem to get to a live person (at least I'm hoping I've never gotten a real person because they would be terribly incompetent) - only AI bots that ask the same question over and over and promise a credit that never comes. There is no phone number - only "chats" and email and this has been going on for 3 weeks.

They are comfortable and doesn't roll down stayed in place I can walk around and no problem and I liked it thank you alot this is my first time purchase this was hearing a alot of good reviews

I was very happy with the fabric on Shapermint, & it didn't feel too confining. I love the biker shorts with dresses as your thighs don't rub together and all my fluffies are kept in check. Fabric is soft & comfortable. Will definitely be buying more from Shapermint in the future.

I strongly suggest to steer clear of this company. If you encounter a problem or have a question, you have to chat with a less than intelligent robot who will not address your problem. Interesting way of passing you off! Their sizing chart is not accurate and they make it impossible to make the changes to correct the situation. Significant money down the tube! Thanks Shapermint!

Is this company legit? Ordered 1 bra through Amazon and liked it. Ordered 2 more from shapermint and need to return for different size. Can not get in touch with customer service. Can not find evidence of my order on their website. Have I been taken?

I've been waiting over 6 weeks for my order. Had 4 different conversations on the chat with no resolution. Now they've reordered it but tracking shows no movement in 3 days. Terrible customer service, no explanations just blame the courier. I will never order from them again.

Their supposed shaper briefs do absolutely nothing! And they also state easy returns but the in fine print keep your shipping charges! Online shopping is hard enough without having to incur shipping charges when the product is not as stated! Beware do not purchase from Shapermint! Also no phone customer service only through messenger

If you're a Canadian customer, beware that even if you order using the website Canada.shapermint.com you will be charged duties big time! I'm being charged close to $90 for an order worth $200. It's very deceiving and I think the company should've done a better job at making this clear.

I recently purchased 4 of the wire-free support bras. My mistake. I should have bought one and tried it. I do not like the fit. The band around the bottom will not stay down. It is more like a padded bra than one yo give extra support. It makes my boobs look even bigger than they already are. I look like a football player with pads! I know people love them. Not me! And I have drawers full of other products from you that I love. After many years, this is my 1st BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Love every item I have purchased. 10 days ago I placed my third order it has still not shipped. Seriously takes forever. Irritating, and don't use online chat it will upset you more. But if you can be patient the bras and underwear are awesome. It's like wearing a cloud. Fix the shipping issue please!

I shared my feedback of 6/10 based on the fact that I found the material didn't 'breathe' well and that adding some natural fabric into it or making it with the type of material used in sports bras might be helpful. They contacted me 5-6 times trying to get me to try another product made out of the same material, or offering me a refund or exchange and while great customer service is always appreciated, the emails stated in the subject that it was in response to getting a 6/10 star rating. Once or twice would have been one thing, but it became too much.

Ordered my mother a small size bra since I am so crazy about these bras. The size was too small so I ordered a Medium bra. The customer service chat lady was so nice and told me to donate the small bra to charity. They then sent me the medium bra. I was so impressed by their customer service departmant that I ordered me two more bras, her two more bras and some leggings for the fall. I will tell everyone that they mean what they say about quality and returns.

I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.

I was looking for a bra that didn't feel like the typical bra but still giving you full coverage. After trying my first one, I ordered two more. I look forward to purchasing more bras and more from Shapermint.

I love my Shapermint bras and camis. They're incredibly comfortable. I'm always amazed when I wear them about how often I forget I have them on. The only things stopping me from giving a 5-star review is that I haven't tried everything yet and I'm still working on finding the exact correct size for my body. I also wish the prices were a bit lower, but I appreciate Shapermint's efforts to give discounts, coupon codes and sales.

It's important to measure yourself for proper sizing, and know that "high-waisted" can be higher than you might think! The prices aren't always consistent, so watch them for a while to know what's a good deal. You'll also get more offers just before checking out. Please pay attention to precisely what the offer is before choosing it.
