Ordered a garden multi tool at a very good game price, delivery was next day. Central Scotland. Pleased with the value for money of the product. Comprehensive instructions, with diagrams and pictures were easy to follow. No piles of unnecessary paper in multiple languages, plain English. Minutes to put together and started easy with a few pulls from new. Used once and works as should. Restarts with half pull when warm.
I ordered some Milwaukee tools from SGS-Engineering and I can only recommend them. Their prices are great, they provide quick (next day) delivery as standard and their customer service team was super helpful. What more you need?
Lots of 8 drawer tool chests on the market but I liked the look of the company's presentation of itself and its products on their website. They are a British manufacturer, though it's not entirely clear whether their tool boxes are UK made, or imported and then SGS branded. If the former SGS should proudly say so!
Delivery was faultless. The product also. As other reviewers have said, it's not an item designed for day-in-day-out use by professionals but by DIY-ers. For this it is excellent and looks great in the garage. It does feature chrome-like trim on the drawer fronts. Looks nice but only time will tell if this corrodes - as these will often do.

Bought an SGS Branded Generator a few weeks ago after reading a few reviews. Very good value for money, superb communication & as promised next day delivery.
Been a bit busy, so it sat in it's unopened box for a few weeks until this last weekend.
Opened the box, familiarised myself with the instructions. Filled with oil & fuel, & she purred after half a pull of the starter cord.
Now happily supplying power for our caravan with no issues & quieter than I expected.

As reliable as the equipment they sell
I bought a set of car dollies before for our son in law and was buying him another set which were out of stock. I contacted them to ask to be told when they were back. I had an immediate response and an answer. The goods are dispatched immediately, securely packaged and their couriers actually do deliver next day, unlike some.
Purchased a small inexpensive compressor for home use, a good quality piece of kit, fairly priced and delivered next day. I have bought from SGS before and will no doubt do so in the future, a great company to do business with.
Great jack. Bought to swap my winter wheels onto car and for general maintenance got axle stands. SGS seemed like they made better quality stuff than most of the only slightly cheaper other manufacturers. Very impressed with it, feels very solid and easily lifts my Forester high enough to change wheels and like the fact that it's made just down the road in Derby. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well build jack, cheers.
I researched a tool box that I could use to hold my tools. The box I picked seemed suitable. It was delivered damaged which in fairness SGS compensated me for, but a short few months later the box has multiple issues. I've just been told that this is a light weight tool box and no refund will be offered. It's a sub standard product that you can't store tools in. How silly. If I wanted to carry around cotton wool I'd have used a tote bag.
I bought this sgs engineering generator as it used the honda engine, I immediately noticed how much brighter my lights on my boat were! Compaired to my last Chinese make. These are genuinely very highly recommended.
I've bought quite a few key things for my motorsport workshop from SGS and they never disappoint. Recently purchased wheel skates, what a useful bit of kit they have proved to be.
I'll definitly continue to use SGS in the future.

Haven't opened the parcel as it's a Christmas present but delighted with ease of ordering & superfast FREE delivery.
Ordered on Sunday night & was delivered before teatime on Tuesday!
E-mail telling me approx delivery time was also helpful & meant I didn't have to wait in all day.
Also, delivery driver kindly brought it indoors for me.
I ordered a generator that when it arrived was never fit for purpose (wheels fell off due to cheap rubbish split pins, bolts were missing for the legs, handle sheared apart slicing my daughters hand again cheap rubbish material and no power output). I rang SGS twice who once they found my order and understood I wanted to return the item put the phone down on me. I had to go through paypal for a refund - SGS refused to collect the item so it cost me nearly £50 to return it. They refused to update the paypal case after they received the item back so it dragged on another two weeks. I would recommend you look elsewhere to make your purchase as my experience is that SGS supply shoddy goods and have no interest in customer service.

I bought the 2.8 kVA Portable Petrol Generator from SGS Engineering when I was informed of an 8 hour power cut. This was bought to run my 500 litre reef tank, heaters, light, skimmer, wave machines etc what a fantastic product, the generator powered with ease my tank, two freezers, TV, kettle and tortoise enclosure for 8 hours without any problem using only half a tank of petrol. The noise was minimal which was convenient for the neighbours! SGS gave a really good service from start to finish and next day delivery with text updates. I would recommend both this product and company without hesitation. Thank you
I am literally writing this just after fitting my new gas struts to the caravan roof lights.
Ordered Wednesday and were to be delivered Thursday but due to my work commitments I moved the deliver to Friday.
After opening the well packaged set of four struts I had ordered they are all fitted and working in less than 15 minutes.
Spot on service and a direct replacement for the original struts on our Bailey Unicorn.
