Sgs have excelled in the service I ordered a generator late on Monday evening and it was delivered on the Wednesday the communication was spot on and the icing on the cake was they were £171 cheaper than amazon

I was looking for a couple of M18 lithium batteries and came across a load of copies/fakes and then came onto the SGS site, the price was the best for the real product, placed the order around 3pm and before 10am the next day they had been delivered. In future I shall be checking SGS out first, great service and price.

The very positive experience that I enjoyed in ordering and receiving tool chests, a trolly jack and axle stands from SGS Engineering give me confidence to continue to place further orders with this very efficient company.

Very good indeed. Can't fault SGS one little bit. Excellent quality tool chest. I am only a home hobby mechanic but have a growing collection of tools. Fed up with stuff being here there and everywhere, a total nightmare. So the time had come to do something about it! I looked at nearly every make of tool chest on the market and settled on SGS. Glad I did. I will buy the cabinet in due course without any worry about service, quality or potential damage in transit. The drawer runners are really smooth and the metal the cabinet is made from is really good quality. In many respects its more than I need, I can't see a professional mechanic finding fault with SGS products. Bravo well done! Its really nice seeing a British company doing well.

Needed some new gas struts for our Bailey Pageant 6 (2007) Caravan fixed bed, contacted SGS for advice and ordered as instructed. Fitted and they would not hold the bed up. I then contacted Bailey Parts and discovered SGS had supplied the wrong struts (Pressure too low) after going through the process of videos etc SGS agreed a refund however I had to pay the postage. They offered to send out the correct ones but I had to pay postage again. I was in effect being asked to pay for their mistake.
I decided to go to Bailey Parts for the struts which work perfectly and are actually cheaper! I would not recommend this company to the general public.
