"Gregory was my sales consultant and very knowledgeable. I was skeptical
That these leads would work but I trusted him. In the short time, I can
Say that my trust was not misplaced. The leads have been as expected.
Out of 10, there are 2 not good, 2 very good and 6 somewhere in the
Middle. That works for me as just one new client from every 20 leads and I
Will be way ahead. I would say that the 2 I have rated as very good will
Become clients and quite possibly, one or more from those in the middle."
When I first called to set a meeting their sales rep didn't call at the appropriate time, but then called a few hours later when I was in meetings. Daniel rushed to get me to sit down and speak with him, which I kind of felt sorry for him because he sounded like he was struggling so I figured I'd let him gather his thoughts. That was the end of any kindness on my part as Daniel started acting like a total sleaze bag and criticized anything and everything about myself as a professional. What was even more shocking was how he thought it was appropriate to do so. I finally had to cut him off and warn that he sounded worse than a used car salesman on the phone and to not act like such a prick when I simply wanted information. Daniel began to backpedal and explain that he just wanted to make sure I understood how their leads were so much better than everywhere else.
4 weeks later and about 25 leads in I have only had 3 people actually answer their phone and all of them denied ever filling out a form and immediately hung up.
(This is where SeniorLeads comes in and says, "but you didn't use the script!")
I did get to use "the script" with all 3 people and they were not impressed. Frankly, if you are going to falsify your leads at least admit to it.
In short, Senior Leads is about as legitimate as a Russian election. Don't count on any integrity on their part as you'll just be disappointed.
(If you still don't believe me please read their rebuttals on BBB. Their terrible English makes my kindergartener look like a Rhodes scholar.)
I wasted 2 weeks because I called the leads and did not use the script the
Company provides. I learned the hard (and expensive) way that the system
Requires that you follow the formula or the leads will just hang up and you
Get nothing. You will think the leads are junk which was my first
Reaction. Once I followed the system (they have a really good guide) on the
Step by step process and used their script, I go 3 "appointments" set for
The next 10 calls. An appointment for me during Covid is a scheduled Zoom
Session and the prospect sends me their financial information prior to that
Zoom meeting. Based on this recent experience, this system looks great.
This company represents everything that is wrong with the insurance industry. Their leads are horrible and I bailed after two months.
Stay away!
The leads are not horrible as evidenced by other comments you will see and hear here: https://seniorleads.com/financial-leads-comments/
However, please do not hire Seniorleads if you think that these prospects all want to buy from you on the first call. These are simply consumers who saw an advertisement on the Internet, were motivated to provide their name, email, phone, and mailing address to get more information about your products or services. To cultivate these prospects to clients requires that you either follow the formula we give you or you use your own skills and talents to cultivate interest into action. In other words, we bring you the prospect and you take it from there. Some will be rich, some will be poor. You can listen to advisors experience here: https://seniorleads.com/financial-leads-comments/
I find Seniorleads easy to use because the system is step by step. Everything is provided including scripts to use when contacting prospects. I have had a couple questions and got answers from the clients services each time in under 3 hours. I just ended my first month and have 2 new clients. Now that I have the system down, I think I can average 2-4 clients per month.
I registered with Seniorleads in July. I have received 26 leads and have made contact with all but 3 of the prospects. I would rate the overall quality as good. Some of the people had no money but most of them have at least $250,000 available and one guy says he has $3 million liquid. The first couple calls I made I screwed up and then I read the document with the scripts. Once I started using the scripts, the calls went much better. My biggest challenge is not with Seniorleads but getting used to closing sales online without meeting the prospect. I come from a face-to-face sales background. I know it is possible to close business remotely as stockbrokers have been doing that for decades but it is just a new format for me.
I have found Seniorleads to be very organized and very methodical--great
Training videos and follow-up guide. These tools have been invaluable in
Helping me set Zoom meetings which have created some new clients and new
Business. I think the more I use the system, the more leads I can convert
To appointments and clients. Also, the recorded tips and advice from other
Advisors is great. If I had a magic wand, every prospect would answer the
Phone the first time I call.
The first week, the leads were not good as I had difficulty getting people on the phone. The next week, I hit gold, got 9 of 10 people on the phone, made 4 presentations and got 3 new clients. Now, I am also getting people from the first week to answer the phone. I would recommend that you set your callerid to a local number as maybe that's why people did not answer the first week--my caller id was a toll free number. Now I have it set to a local number.
Initial batch of leads very poor quality. Double-charged my credit card, costing me time to resolve. Agreement calls for SL to send prepaid leads immediately if an agent cancels. I got no leads for 3 weeks, cancelled on July 2, and still have received no leads. Two emails requesting refund were acknowledged but no refund or other response. Had to again dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaint with BBB. There is NO personal contact; you have to work through email, making it extremely difficult to resolve problems. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Their failure to respond is indicative of a scam; their willful failure to respond to my request for a refund for failure to deliver per the agreement makes me wonder about fraudulent intent.

I started with Seniorleads at the very beginning of 2020, before Covid. Surpisingly, the leads have improved since COVID as the prospects seem to be more serious. I have obtained 1 to 2 new clients each month and there are many prospects that are "in the works" that I need to drip on. On average, I get 20 leads per month and the return on investment is about ten to one.
I started with Seniorleads on May 1 and have picked up 2 new clients. Since everything needed to be done by phone because or Covid, I was surprised that the new accounts came as easily as they did. I think from the leads I have so far, I will get at least one more new client. That would be 3 new clients from 28 leads.
Seniorleads.com provide complete garbage leads. I was able to contact 5 of the the 25 leads I received from them and all 5 adamately claimed they never filled out a contact form. The other 20 leads I could never contact at all after many, many attempts. These leads are no more than a list of people, absolute garbage. In addition, they completely screw people out of money with their auto-charge policy. Here is how the scam works: They require one month before you can cancel or pause your account. At that point they start firing garbage leads at you as quickly as they can in the first month to drive up your tab. In addition they charge upfront for ten leads and when they are filled they charge for another 10. They do this so they can keep the extra money when everyone cancels at the end of the first month as they refuse to refund the amount for unused leads. I have been buying financial services leads for over 20 years and this is the bottom of the barrel. There are some solid annuity lead companies out there, Financialize, AdvisorRPM and Advisor World to name a few. Stay away from the Seniorleads.com charlatans.
We welcome all reviews--when they are truthful. Unfortunately, this review has untruths. Here is the proof. This is the agreement signed by every customer" https://seniorleads.com/agreement. Read it. It clearly says that accounts can be canceled the first or third Thursday of the month. There is no "require one month before you can cancel" as stated in this review. We do not lock clients in with contracts. As to the inability to reach his prospects by phone, this is not a common occurrence. Also, we do not "fire leads" at anyone as all we do is place Internet ads and the leads come in as consumers decide to respond to the ads. We have no control over the lead flow as we simply pass along the consumer leads within 5 minutes of the consumer completing the online form. We cannot "force" prospects to fill in the forms and influence the number of consumers that respond (the lead flow is controlled by each advisor/agent who uses our system as disclosed here https :// seniiorleads/com/leadflow So, please, we welcome all honest reviews, but not lies. You may want to hear what other advisors have told us here https://seniorleads.com/lead-review/ and here https://seniorleads.com/financial-leads-comments/
I started at the beginning of February. I have received about 100 leads. I have 6 new c. Lients. These are all managed money clients so I get $1500 - $2500 annually for each account. For my $2,000 investment at Seniorleads, I think the results have been excellent. I am hoping that a few people on the fence will also become new clients and I expect to get more from future leads. Their service team responds very quickly (by email only).
I have only been on the service for 2 weeks but I am very satisfied. I have received 14 leads and been able to contact 11. My goal on the initial call was to set a skype session so they could see me and vice versa. I have had 3 such calls and 2 new clients. After the skype calls, I sent one prospect forms in the mail. The other prospect has a printer so I sent forms as pdfs. So even while I cannot meet with people, I am very satisfied that this way of meeting new prospects and getting clients is working.
They do not fulfill their promises and will most definitely run your credit card up for 10 bogus "leads" a day, plus 179.00 and disappear. Could never get their rep back on the phone after I noticed 600.00 of charges and pending charges on my card. Didn't take long to realize they were crooks so I tried again to reach out via telephone and email to cancel. No response, finally had to contact my credit card company to prevent them from charging further. Considering being a lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against them. Anyone interested in joking in please free to contact me at *******@aol.com Use Senior Lead in subject title.
I have been unexpectedly surprised. I started using Seniorleads after my state issued a stay-at-home order. I have been relying on skype presentations. Even though the average prospect is age 60+ (I sell LTC insurance), they all know how to use skype, I guess because they have been using it with grandkids. Since people have been sequestered in their homes, they almost welcome our meeting because it's someone new to talk to. More than half have printers so they have been able to print applications and either fax them back or use the mail. One of my insurance carriers has an Internet application so that has been the best. I have been able to continue doing business even under difficult conditions.
The Seniorleads program is good in that I do not get a lot of leads. So I do not spend too much time yet I have been able to get 2 new clients in the first month. Since I am not looking for a lot of new business that has been fine for me. The first new client was an older woman who lives just 2 blocks from me, just by coincidence. The timing was perfect because she had an annuity maturing and I exchanged it for a new contract. I only had to meet with her once. The other new client was a guy unhappy with his 401k. I got his agreement and since it allowed for in-service withdrawals, we did a rollover. It took 3 meetings to get the business because the situation was a little more complex.
The best aspect of the seniorleads system is the booklets they provide.
Having the prospect get that before I call seems to make for a much better
First call and I think makes setting appointments easier. Also, their
Scripting about community service appointments is very good.
I just completed my 4th week using Seniorleads. I have set 5 appointments. Closed 2 new clients. The only thing that can be improved is there is no exact way to set lead quantity. Lead flow is set by selecting a radius and lead types but there is no exact settings like 2 leads per day or 3 leads per day. After the first 2 weeks, that was not an issue but was a problem at first.
I started my account on Nov 1. To date, I have received 45 leads, about 1 per day, on average. I have made contact with 32 people and I would say that half will not turn into anything. Of the other half, I have had 3 appointments and all became clients. I have 3 more appointments set. Assuming every 5 weeks I get the same results, I will be very satisfied.
Answer: You have to pay to talk to someone after the sale.
Answer: Total scam. I am guessing the positive information is coming from them.
Answer: Very good sales promotion, but they do not follow through.

Please read other reviews here. It is unfortunate that some advisors and agents do not follow the program and then fail. No one should register for Seniorleads unless willing to follow the instructions:
1. Attend the initiation webinar (30 minutes)
2. Watch all of the training videos (total 1 hour 40 minutes)
3. Read the follow-up guide 1 hour
Additionally, do not expect every prospect to answer the phone on the first call. Believe it or not, these people have REAL LIVES and are not sitting by the phone waiting for your call. They may have more important things going on than to talk about annuities. So expect that some prospects, you will need to call a few times before they pick up. Understand what we do before you hire us because we cannot make people magically buy from you. This is what we do for you (8 minute-video) https://seniorleads.com/insurance-lead-generation/
