Very Quick!

As soon as I had shipped my devices to the company, Exactly 24 hours after they received the devices, they gave me my money! Very fast service and Good service, I am thankful for their turnaround. Will totally do business with them again.

Sellbroke contacted me and now it's clear that it was a misdelivery and they didn't receive the device.
Nevertheless, Sellbroke promise to pay me what was agreed in the order. That's a very generous action.
I will still choose SellBroke in the future.

I sent my laptop to them several weeks ago. I kept watching the courier service and made sure it got delivered to them (See attached tracking says it was delivered and signed for by KKORSON). However, there had been no update for several weeks.

Customer service was always available to answer your questions. The day that my laptop was delivered to them, they sent the check out. A few days after I shipped my laptop to them, the quoted [rice went down from $148 to $136. I expected to get only $136, but instead, they sent a check for $148. I highly recommend this to ANYONE selling their electronics! Gazelle.com, Glyde.com, and USell.com offered (at max) $75. SellBroke had the highest quote, the fastest process, and the best customer service in its department. (I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could)

You can only sell a specific model of what you have. So, you don't see a Kindle Fire in the Amazon tablet section? You can't sell it. Kinda stupid that they only want specific models. And good luck getting anything for your broken items. Usually, they won't pay you anything if it has more than one slightly more than minor defects. I won't ever use this company.

OK if you are persistent…

Started out great. Easy…prepaid shipping—was the only place that took my all in one desktop computer. But never received any further emails/confirmation/money. Sent an email about 3 weeks after I knew it had been delivered. No response. Finally, had to call—found out the confirmation emails come from a different address than Sellbroke. Com—and the address they reported as sender still wasn't anywhere to be found. Settled on a slightly lower price than expected over the phone (apparently we have a difference of opinion on "like new"). Did receive the electronic email link quickly (Zelle) after phone call, but that also comes from a different business name and never got the receipt directly from the business. Glad I was persistent! Beware to look for different business names/emails (and none of this is noted in the original email/order receipt)! Be prepared to call!

Fast and accurate

Service is very fast and quoted my laptop beyond what i expected. Amazing thing, that i felt is they brought my old international lap top which most of the buyers wont accept, but they do not provide a shipping box which we have to procure.

Great experience

Many times you attempt to sell something online and the experience turns out to be less than pleasant. SellBroke does everything they promise---to buy a used electronic item for a fair price. It was easy and they provided a fair price for the used electronics. Expectations for a price higher than or equal to what you originally paid for the NEW device is ludicrous. The process is quick and easy. This is my second time using SellBroke. I am an IT professional and highly recommended them if you want a few extra dollars for devices that are sitting in your closet collecting dust.

Great Company!

My experience with Sellbroke.com was great! The process through their site was very easy to understand. Overall the process went smooth. They sent me a shipping label and a quote regarding what they would pay for my old/broken laptops. I shipped them my electronics and once they received the package, I was paid within a day. Would recommend 100% if you have broken electronics laying around and need some extra cash.

It was an easy process to obtain the quote online, shipped with the label provided. They assessed the item once it's received and offered a great price. It is to be noted that, the price they offered is much better than the price on Amazon Trade-In or Best Buy Trade-in. The payment was made immediately.

Easiest transaction ever
September 24, 2020

First time selling my used laptop online and found this company. All I had to do is print out a prepaid FedEx label and drop off the laptop at my local FedEx facility. Few days later I received notification of money transferred into my PayPal account. The paid amount matches exactly as the company had quoted me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Terrible.

The person in charge of customer service is by far the hardest person to get to listen to the customer. He has a terrible attitude with customers. I will never do business here again.

They also did not send my phone back when requested stating "it had already been recycled".

They did for the most part agree to the price they did find an issue with my computer and offered less then original price. But after that check came in and they did respond pretty quickly to my emails. You do have to do the shipping so it's not a 2-3 day process it's more like a couple of weeks total but it is legit. I'll do business again.

Quick and painless

First thing first. I usually never write reviews but this one I felt it was worth it. SellBroke is an amazing company and will help you at any cost. I needed money fast from my drone, first I started on eBay and got a lot of scammers so I decided to find some other website. I first came across SellBroke and I was skeptical at first until I emailed them. They were super friendly and emailed me back quickly. So I sent in my drone for some quick cash. It arrived around closing at their facility. They decided to stay after to go over my drone and give me the money I needed in a quick and timely manner. Would go through them again if needed.

No problems from start to finish! That was the easiest $50 I've ever made in my life! Took all of two minutes to fill out the forms, then 5 minutes to print labels and pack everything up, and then all I had to do was drop the box off at FedEx. Thank you for taking my useless computer lump off my hands.

This company is a Joke
November 4, 2019

This is a classic bate and switch scenario where I was quoted a significant amount prior to sending the equipment. I received an email about my equipment " This laptop has bad motherboard, doesn't power on at all. We offer $7."
This laptop worked perfectly fine before shipping the equipment and upon further investigation SellBroke retracted the original statement, "I talked to my technician and this laptop powers on but doesn't boot from any source. It will go to the boot manager but this is all it does. This is why bad motherboard."
The hard drive was removed and there is no OS, hence the reason for the BIOS screen upon start up, and this information was disclosed prior to shipment, but SellBroke insisted the motherboard was bad with no proof. They offered to return my equipment, but would make me pay $10, more than what they would offer for the equipment.
There is no way this company is operating under a legal business model.

Good Experience

Second time I've sold to these guys and with the exception of the laptop getting unexpectedly delayed, the whole process went just as smooth. I was paid the exact quote a day after my laptop arrived.
Nothing much to add. It's a really simple process.
