Wish live chat expert was available when holiday specials are made available. Either order in the blind, or wait til someone is in the office and lose the discount.
Order received was incomplete, but, customer service quickly straightened out error and got the rest of the order out to me.
Technical support (for both this system and one we bought years ago) has been OUTSTANDING! That's the main reason I buy from Security Camera King vice equipment I could get cheaper off Ebay or Amazon.

I didn't realize that the 4 cameras that I ordered did not have 3 degrees of adjustment. Most of our existing domes are wall mounted and when I aim them left or right, the image is no longer level. When I order the next batch, I'll make sure the are fully adjustable.
I have ordered from securitycameraking.com before. Everything arrived as promised. Haven't set up yet but my last order worked as advertised so I expect this will also. Visited their store in Colorado; Ryan Newkirk was very helpful in helping me select the correct equipment.

Having bought 13 cameras and installed 5, found one to de defective. Did contact the support department and was immediately was sent the corresponding RMA. I'm in the process of returning the damaged camera. We'll see that develops. If it's the same way I've been treated until, I'll be very satisfied.
Upgraded older system to 1080p cameras/dvr using HD-CVI. Kept all existing wiring. Very pleased with the results and the software interface was very similar to the older "ultimate mini" system so all the settings were transferrable.
We got the box that it was shipped in, but haven't opened it yet, hopefully today ill get time to get to that.
I already had a few cameras setup in house and wanted to add a DVR, but didn't want to buy a DVR system with cameras included. This is one of the few places I found that sell reasonably priced stand-alone DVRs.
Excellent service with no problems
My experience with Security camera king has always been good. My most recent order was delayed in shipping because of an UPS driver refusing to delivering the package by making an excuse that the address did not exist. Other UPS drivers have delivered dozens of packages here.
The requirement to provide all original boxes for cameras that need repair was a surprise as my system has been installed for 7 months before a camera failed. I had thrown all the original packing material away.
