I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.

I appreciate the ease of getting my report. I'm not sure I need the services going forward, but I will consider that in the future after the recent serious data breaches
I like it but I pay for another one that does a little more and costs less. I do not like that I can't figure out how to cancel my subscription and when I called I sat on hold for an hour and still got no answer. So my 7 day free trial is coming to an end and I'm going to end up paying a large amount of money for something I already have.
I paid a single 1 dollar a year ago to get my credit checked. This is usually how much it costs everywhere online. 2 years later I receive a receipt saying I just paid 25.95. What?! This is the first time I even saw Scoresense charging me for anything. I have a track of all of their emails and this is the first time I was told they are charging me after 2 years. $725 dollars. I have to wait 5-7 days for corporate to get back to me to attempt to get my refund. This is a despicable and dishonest practice. Know for a fact that the company receives most of their money from poor souls who pay a dollar and don't realize they signed up for some sort of fake garbage credit membership.
I got all the information I needed, but what I wanted was a coherent downloadable PDF report. Instead, I had to piece together a lot of screen-prints. Also, one has to "opt-out" to enroll in the subscription service. That is not right. I should have unfettered access to my credit information without being induced into an annual subscription.
Experience was okay. But many of those accounts showing delinquent for months and years were paid off through bill consolidation. I don't think they should be still affecting my credit now. My score should be better.
I like the site, but it isn't serving my purpose. I need to have all three reports with my social security number and other personal credentials verified.
This is what is necessary for third party credit review.
Your chat team is good at giving the run around and not so good at being proactive about solving my needs as a customer. Therefore, I am switching to a different credit reporting app.

I can NOT afford to pay a monthly membership for anything. I am on a fixed monthly budget. I can, however, pay a ONE TIME, small amount, to check my credit report. I appreciate your work, but Please CANCEL my membership. Thank you.

The four stars is for not having had enough time to fully use ScoreSense to review their product honestly, but the customer service was on point. Jesse Morales helped me and he was such a delight to work with! I was irritated when I called due to an issue and he went through everything with me, resolving the problem. Very thorough, patient, & kind. -Thank you!
I was messaged that I owe money for 2 purchases which I have no knowledge of. I checked my credit scores & they remain intact. I have not been contacted by any company so think this complaint is scam.
The free trial made it seem as though I was getting my fico scores which I'm actually only getting my vantage scores. I already have credit karma for free anytime I want. I really dont see the point in paying for score sense. Not what I wanted or expected.
Legal or not, these automatic enrollment free trial offers are an unscrupulous business practice. Company's should be required to provide notification that the free trial period is ending and that enrollment and billing will be processed unless the customer declines. By the time I noted that my account was being charged it was almost 1 month. When I contacted them to cancel they said they would have to submit the request for refund for approval. I recieved the attached notification that the request was denied based on the length of time the account had been active and services that had bern provided. I did not recieve any communication after I signed up for the free trial period. I consider this a scam.
I was upset by information on the reports re a Bank of Colorado account I never had which has several late payments listed and I want it removed. It goes back to 2015 and 2018 with no balance owed but I am concerned all of the late payments listed have brought my score down. I called the bank and they have no record of me ever having an account with them? Please remove all of these late payment notices. This is not valid information and is almost 7 yrs old. I am very upset.
