This was a gift for my husband. He had some problems connecting with our wifi and finally resolved the problem after spending close to an hour on line with customer service. Seems there is a glitch in the software... He is happy with the system at this time.

Great price, fast e-mail response with the lowest available price. Even with shipping charge, much better price than anywhere else. The item arrived quickly and there were no surprises when the package was opened. Overall, a great experience and will definitely shop this site again in the future.

The Davis Vantage Pro2 was received in excellent condition, however, when setup the wind direction indication is non-functional. I spoke with Davis Instruments technical support and they are sending me a test cable to determine what the issue is. Will contact your support department as well.

Service with Scientificsales.com has been great. I do most of my shopping on line and found the lowest prices here. We live in BC Canada, visiting Arizona for a while then travelling back to Canada in a few weeks. I will be installing the software purchased for our Vantage Vue when we get back home.

Easy shopping experience. We have the same device from you - ordering our second unit.
The p5 Lightning Detector arrived fine. However, I failed to get a power adaptor with the order.
I would like to order one plug-in adaptor at this time. When I tried on-line, it kept adding more dectectors and too many adapters. I only need one adaptor.

Contents appear to be all there. I was also pleased with the pricing.

I haven't set up the Davis unit yet, so I can't comment on its operation.
My MK III is registering 117 degrees, so I'll be waiting until morning to
Install the Davis.

I can't say anymore than what has already been covered in the above questions. Ordering was easy and convenient. The order came in a very timely manner. I admit I have not installed the unit yet, but it appears to be complete and very easy to put into operation.

The only fly in the ointment was the customs/import fee that I had mistakenly assumed that international shipping would handle. Other than the website "looking dated" it is functional and navigating the site is relatively straightforward. I like the "lowest price" option which often provides competitive pricing. I'd definitely shop at scientifisales.com again.

The instructions for my rain gauge are incredibly difficult to understand. They do not follow a logical sequence, so the user has to figure out what to do first. I think I have it working, but won't know for sure until I complete my mounting outdoors.

The Scientificsales.com web site had the best price any where I looked for a Davis Weather Station. Filling order and shipping was fast despite the 1 day delay of UPS because of the large snowstorm that hit the northeast. I would recommend them as a good place to buy.

Check out process seemed overly complicated. Site rejected my credit card payment and finally took PayPal which bills to same account. Later found out bank had locked up my credit card and I had to call them to unlock the account. I was told it was because your website had an unusual amount of fraudulent transactions.

I am completely thrilled with my new Vantage Vue. If I had shopped elsewhere, budgetary constraints would have forced me to settle for a lesser-quality station. Shipping was fast and immaculately packaged.

I highly recommend scientificsales.com (and the Davis Vantage Vue!).
