When I bought somewhere from Avon in 1968 "WHAT ARE YOU WEARING"? Was asked by everyone. The discontinued this scent! But I found it on scent masters! EVERYONE WANTS TO SMELL ME NOW. My new granddaughter loves my smell, so I got her a bottle to continue to smell me when I'm not there. My husband loves it so much he also uses it. Lol. Thank you so much for making this stage 4 Cancer patient alive again!
Scentmatchers was unable to create a fragrance as described - not even close to the original product. This company does not provide refunds, so you're stuck when dissatisfied with their product.

I was extremely disappointed when my favorite cologne, Escada Pour Homme, was no longer being made. When I came across a website called www.Scentmatchers.com that advertised they could match discontinued Eau de Perfums I was cautiously optimistic. Now that I have received Scent Matcher's version of this fragrance I could not be any more pleased! The Eau de Parfum is a perfect match of the original! In addition, Scent Matchers offered a lotion with the fragrance, this lotion moisturizes without being oily. I forward to being a customer of Scent Matchers for a very long time.
I ordered a discontinued scent to be matched (PHOENIX by Keith Urban)> The cologne I received did not match the scent very well. I emailed ScentMatchers requesting a refund. They offered to remake the scent or send me a new match for another cologne. I decided to give them another chance to make a different scent. I requested TWILIGHT WOODS for men by Bath and Bodyworks. It arrived quickly in the mail and is a perfect match for this scent. I really appreciate the fact that this company went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with their product. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need a cologne matched!
I paid $10 shipping for FedEx 2 day "fast"! A week later, no shipping confirmation support won't return my emails, no tracking number provided. I'll be angry if I have to call my bank.
The ordering process was great and user friendly, but I have not received an order update at this time (ex: shipping details). I understand it takes time. So far, the process has been satisfactory.
I received my order of vanilla and cedar wood today.

Cologne finally received after being delivered to incorrect address. Product was nothing like scent I requested. If you knew you couldn't match the Escada then you should have just let me know.

I thought I could get a discontinued scent for my wife for Christmas. When it came in, it wasn't close at all. I contacted them, they sent another of the original request, still not close.
When I say not close, it wasn't close or vaguely resembling anything close.
So, since they don't offer refunds, I thought I could request something more current. No match to that either.
I wanted to wait before posting a review to give them a chance, but this has become a running joke of the family now- and I am the one laughed at, not the company, and I'm out $80.

Wow. ScentMatchers worked very hard for me to get the right ACAPELLA by MaryKay. I tried and tried to get MK to bring it back for Christmas but to no avail. For those of you who were unsatisfied with your product, trust me, ScentMatchers will work with you to get the right one and work until you are satisfied. I so very much appreciate having my "new" Acapella!
I paid $60 to get the Hollister Ryder Scent, they tried 3 times, and I was not pleased at all either time. They could not get the scent right at all, all 3 bottles they sent me stunk, and did not smell anywhere near the scent of Hollister Ryder Perfume.
I ordered Merveille by Johan B and it smelled nothing like the original. It smells cheap and definitely not worth the $60 I paid in all honesty I would not pay $5 for this garbage! To top it off they offered me no kind of alternative solution, they just took my money and said "Sorry... we did our best" Honestly THE WORST COMPANY I have dealt with in a long time. I do not like to leave bad reviews but the fact that they basically said sorry about your luck, but we tried our best made up my mind to post this review. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT CROOKS!
Good prices and the choice of perfums is amazing. I would say for any taste. All scents are nice, very nice!
They did a wonderful job of bringing my favorite, Mystere de Rochas, back in my life. I loved this perfume in the early 80s and used it until it was discontinued somewhere around 2010. Thanks again!
In the 80s I used a cologne and after shave called, Yardleys Musk for Men and always received compliments from women and men, mostly women, about the subtle pleasant smell and wanting to know the brand. This product was available at most discount stores for about $8. US per bottle for the cologne and $5 for the aftershave. This division of Yardley was bought out by Maybelline and the cologne gone forever. After years of searching I thought I would give SentMatchers a try and THEY DID IT. Im hooked
The Santa Fe cologne usually send does not have this strong aroma of perfume. Smell nothing like the product I received in the past.

Business History
Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
Despite some initial growing pains, we are now considered one of the foremost experts in creating discontinued perfume and cologne. We look forward to recreating your memories as you become part of our story.
