We are really old customers of Safnah and recently had an issue with the email. I called support and they suggest we switch over to the new servers and Control Panel instead of trying to fix the issue. I took their advice and made the switch. We worked with Ammar and everything went very smoothly and we had no downtime at all. All I did was set up the new account, repoint the domain name to the new server and change the email setting on our workstations. Ammar took care of everything else including moving all the emails over to the new servers. Emails work great now and our website is loading faster.

I migrated my website over to the cPanel server and had several glitches with my email. Ammar was very patient and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I called 3 or 4 times with different problems and he was able to resolve all of them. I ran my email thru several different scenarios since I wanted to deal with it now rather than find out there is a problem when I am traveling. I'm happy with the Tech Support service.

Been working with them for a few months now, and could not be happier. No-nonsense plans to get your site at the top of SERPs, very different than other companies that profess to do the same, but you never quite know what they're doing... with Safnah they tell you exactly what's going on. Samir is great, tells me what I need to know and so far everything has worked very well.

Safnah Tech support is truly an anomaly in the field of technical services today. In stark contrast to other hosting providers, their support staffers are true professionals. They are courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, and effective. They respond promptly and resolve issues promptly. No waiting 24 hours for someone on the other side of the world to finally get back to you on a critical issue- then they just cannot understand your communication, your problems, and lack the expertise to do the job. This is not so with Safnah. They are everything support should be.
