Easy to order and good prices, but I waited almost two weeks for the order to ship and then it was split. I still haven't received the entire order and it has been 15 days.
Delivery was fast and accurate and sideshields fit glasses as intended, HOWEVER, I am unable to use these shields as they are NOT transparent and do NOT allow for peripheral vision. Please consider adding the lack of transparency to the item description so that future customers are not similarly disappointed with their purchase.
Sent back Oakley Safety goggles in perfect brand-new condition EXACT SAME AS I RECEIVED THEM that didn't fit due to mis-advertised pictures on 4/28/21, and have not received my refund as promised. They lied and said they never received the item, then I told them I have tracking number, then they said item was damaged no refund. Hesitantly gave me refund after seeing my reviews/complaints, blaming shipping company for bad packaging with no remorse of inconvenience towards me for wasting my time and money.
Safety glasses with bifocal were out of stock. Customer service notified me and gave 2 options: wait for order or change order. I waited 3 weeks. In that time, follow-up emails continued until items were shipped, as well as an email confirming delivery. I was not in a rush, but continuing communication was appreciated.
