I very much appreciated the selection of shoes. Wish you were more descriptive of the shoes. Meaning, if they run shorter than the normal size or wider. I wear a 7.5 got a 8 but shoes were a little shorter than my measurements in the directions for finding your size.
I tried to check on tracking, but the "submit" button did not function. I just had to wait more days until I received a notification. That was a bit bothersome.
I purchases this shoe a couple of years ago and loved it so much, that I wanted to purchase another pair. The pair I just received from this order was not as previously received or pictured. It is similar, but the pair that I just received has a higher heal. With these being work shoes that I wear 40+ hours a week in a warehouse, I am not a fan of the higher heal. If the manufacturer changed the style, the picture needs to reflect that since the picture is no longer accurate.

Fast delivery but boots are not waterproof also very uncomfortable and I have several blisters on my feet very hard to dry once they get wet

Cool boots but wish they shipped direct to my address. Minus a star for not delivering to Canada. But I was able to order them to Canada which means I had to cross the border to pick these up which was a pain in the butt. But like I said the boots themselves are nice and comfortable.
I ordered my boots directly from the company website and it took about two weeks for me to receive them, no surprise there as they told me this may happen. The rumors are true. They're about a half size to big. But I recommend some gel or memory foam inserts because there's zero padding for your feet so that'll take up the extra room. Otherwise, this is only my first day wearing them so, so far so good!
This was a work required purchase to tour a coal generation plant on a specific date.
Negative: The box arrived damaged and the snap on the left boot was stuck together on the bottom side (not attached to the top side) therefore it could never actually snap down into place. I had to return them as I could not receive a replacement pair in time to tour the facility.
Neutral: Runs about a size big. I wear a women's 7, and they fit like an 8.
Positive: Arrived on time, cute and sturdy boot, roomy toe area which is good for sock layering.
Returns take to long. It's been over a week since I sent my return back and still have not received the money back into my account. To begin the return took some time because system was down. Will be buying my shoe from someone else

10 days later and my order still shows that it is processing. I get faster shipping from companies in Taiwan! Although I found boots That were just my style, the wait might not be worth it. The non free shipping is expensive but two weeks is too long. Never choose the free shipping if you really need safety equipment in a timely manner.

The timeliness of which my boots arrived was awesome, but there were several stains all over the boots. So I chose to send them back. This was my first purchase with Safety Girl and it will be the last. Where is the quality control?

The Safety Girl Store along with its parent company Online Stores Inc. operate out of New Stanton, Pennsylvania. This location houses a 100k square foot warehouse which the company uses to ship, manufacture and fabricate its own products and even own brand, Safety Girl.
