I ordered a product and was told I would receive it by a certain date. Once i realized they couldn't deliver on time as promised, I cancelled the order via their website (before it shipped). They shipped it anyway and charged me after telling me I wouldn't be charged because it had yet to ship. Second followup (once i received confirmation of shipping) I told them I didn't want their product and asked to be refunded and was told no problem. Product was delivered, no refund issued. Third follow up... I was told I could be refunded if I shipped their product back. No problem, send me a label and I'll ship it back. They send me a mailing label that I have to pay for.
Twice I ask to cancel and don't charge me. They still ship and charge me. Then I have to pay for shipping a product back that I don't want? That I already cancelled? I will never use this company again, Terrible customer service.
Crews are happy with the products. Boss is happy with the pricing. Clients are glad to see the dedication to safety. Calling that a win!
The shipment was fast and the product was exactly what I was looking for. The quality looks good. The amount of tinting is good enough to knock down the glare of the son without making it too dark to work on things outside.
Found these Key t-shirts in Kentucky on a recent vacay. Got back home & hubby wished he's bought more. Well, thanks to internet shopping - viola! One color or original order was out of stock but thanks to a phone call from Discount we were able to select another color & get the order shipped. These Key t's are great shirts (90% cotton/10%poly) with long tail & chest pocket that holds his readers! Thanks!
Hard hat was missing the original rough neck. 360 turn head ajustment that usually came with this type of hard hat, it was replace with a plastic generic cap like snap. It was a total disappointment when I saw it. Now I have a nice hat that will be very uncomfortable wearing.
Exactly what I needed. I have had 3 pair of these boots in the past 3 years. All of the previous were bought for much more. Saved a ton. Even better they arrived a day early. I will buy all of my next ones from here. Thank you!
My order did not process for 7 days and I called them. I got a voice mail, left message, no call back. Day 8 left an email, no response. Called on day 10 as 9 was a Sunday, and finally got someone and she says " Oh your order has been processed" Just as we are on the phone the email goes through and it still shows on website to be processing. I did get my order about 14 days total.
When I planned to order their item, it was backordered, therefore I called them how long does that take to get, because I needed it on time (in ~3 weeks), but I was told I can be sure it will arrive before I need it. Then I have got it late (~one week+), when I did not even needed it, so it was useless. When I asked why it happened, the customer service simply answered me the following: "We do not guarantee a delivery date". I felt it was NOT FAIR, NOT saying it (and promising the opposite) when I asked it first time and placed my order.
So, be careful if you need something from them on time or just choose another company which you can trust. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY IN ADVANCE!
I don't know much about hardhats as this was gift for my boyfriend, but the little informational descriptions really helped narrow down which style and manufacturer would really work the best for him. Great choice and the graphics really look awesome in person.

I ordered my boots on the 12th of May they never processed my order til the 18th. I had to postpone starting my new job for a week because needed steel toe boots to do the job. Luckily the employer was able to work with me n allow me to start a week later but now I'm going to be 2 weeks without any income. Figured they would have processed my order the same day I placed it since they had already taken my money for them off my card the same day I placed order.
So far it's in not happy my order was supposed to be here Friday and it's Sunday and still not here I would really appreciate to get my stuff on time not a happy guy right now
