Didn't know there was a third party on the billing, but all is well, my CC company thought the charge was bad, but after a phone call, they paid but still closed my card and its going to take 3 weeks to arrive.I'll be ready the next time...
No delivery for over a month. Contacted them and all of sudden after 3rd contact they sent out my order.
Have nothing bad to say about this store. They sell high-quality items and offer reasonably fast shipping.

I searched for days for this exact pair of boots. I placed an order, because this was one of the FEW sites that SAID they were in stock. To my demise, I received an email two days later stating that my boots were OUT OF STOCK. When I reached out to see when the ETA of my boots would be, I was told it was an unknown amount of time. I contacted customer service, they ordered me a refund. What a waste of time & money. Don't present that you have product in stock & then after the order is placed, give an undetermined arrival time.

Ordered the one piece coverall for a Christmas gift. I ordered early so I am able to wrap it in time for Christmas. I received it in two days. I was surprised and happy. Very satisfied. Packaged well and was still on hanger. I did check it over and I would definitely order from this company again.

I have ordered from Discount Safety a couple of times and it was always a seemless transaction, shipping and receipt of my items in about 1 week. This time was different. Buying the items is still seemless but it took about 4 weeks to get all of my items. The communication was poor and I had to keep reaching out to customer service via chat to find out about my order. I called and on 3 occasions it went to voicemail. Just as I was about to request a refund the last box of my items arrived.

We are having a Synergy Summit in December. We wanted to order everyone some custom safety glasses to wear on the tour of the plant. We got our glasses very quickly and they look great. I think everyone will like them.
The gloves I bought were on sale but they broke easily. Was a shame because I bought a lot of them and they seem unusable.
