I had a great experience. Customer Service was communicative. They kept me informed through out the process. I ordered right at a holiday for their team which delayed my order a bit, but they were sure to let me know multiple times upfront.
I wasn't able to get as many pairs of pants in the right sizes as I wanted, but what I was able to order came in excellent condition and fit as expected.

Ordering was simple. The DiscountSafetyGear website has very descriptive information on the products. I was able to make an informed buying decision, and the process was great.
I ordered a pair of shoes - they arrived promptly - they were too narrow - asked if they had a wider version, if so, would like to exchange them - the response I received 'if you want to return them-blah blah blah. It didn't address if there was another option. No suggestions to get a better fit. A charge was deducted from REFUND.
