Being new to ordering hard hats, the customer service was exceptional making sure we got what we needed. The graphics team was particularly helpful as our color logo had issues and we easily switched to a black & white version. The hard hats are perfect for our team's needs.

When I placed an order at the end of June it was stated it would take 2-3 weeks for the item to be shipped out. However, the item was shipped out after few days after placing the order, which was fine. But I was never notified by email that the item was shipped out and because when I placed the order I was thinking it would be shipped out in 2-3 weeks so I came back after 2 and 1/2 weeks to check the status of the order on the website. That is when I found out the order was already shipped via UPS. UPS did not deliver my order to my home but it was sent to a UPS access point for me to pick up. UPS never left me a pick up slip and I did not even know that was at the UPS access point. It was 2 days past the time for UPS to hold my order at the pick up place but thankfully UPS still had my package and I was able to pick up from there. If I was couple more days late on checking then it would've went back to the company as not deliverable. Why wasn't I notified that the item was shipped so I can track the shipping? This is a mistake on both the company and UPS (driver not leaving me a pick up slip to pick up the package). I give 2 stars since the company did send out the item earlier than expected but was disappointed they don't communicate enough regarding the order.

Answer: It's legit. As a woman I have very tiny hands and anywhere you go for a durable, water resistant and wanting more than the normal selections for color options... This is the only place that I have found that covers all of the things that I just listed and I'm happy with... I bought two pairs of durable water resistant work gloves Carhartt brand... I've had him for a few weeks now and not put a hole in either pair. Normally when I buy gloves,after the first couple times of use, I tear them up but not my two pairs from Carhartt
