TLDR, I've created three different tickets to inform them they screwed up my shipping address on an order. It's been more than a week and they haven't responded. Now the order was delivered several states away from where it should have been and I can't get the item. This is on them, they have poor customer service and I will be disputing the issue through PayPal. Oh, and I still have no heat or air because I relied on them and they let me down.

I created an account on their website to specifically have a way to provide my shopper information and have a way to directly access order information.

I explicitly verified my shipping information in my cart when placing my order.
I chose to pay via PayPal and the site completely disregarded the shipping information I provided.
Worse, I was never informed of the change! Where was the order confirmation page? Where was the order review page? I went from "Yes this is the information I provided you" to a PayPal redirect to log-in and confirm my PayPal account. Upon successful verification of the PayPal account I was redirected to an "Order Success" page. No indication of the final shipping information nor any indication that they over-rode the ONLY shipping information I provided them.

They indicated the item would arrive to me between the 10th and 14th. So on the 10th I decided to track and see how the order had progressed over the couple of days since placing the order. To my surprise the order hadn't been shipped yet and I discovered their shipping address mistake. I immediately emailed them for support! Asking hey, don't tell me it could arrive as early as a date when you haven't given it a chance to do that (its an over promise under-deliver) and also this is the wrong shipping address. They NEVER responded! I called during business hours the next day NO ANSWER, left a message, NEVER responded. I created a trouble ticket on their site also later that day, NEVER responded. The item I ordered is sitting on a porch unattended in Arkansas where I moved from in January. I'm in Florida at the only address I've ever provided for them to ship my order to me.

We ordered four tubes of the RV silicone, but once we received the box and opened it, one of the tubes had burst open. I have attached a couple of photos of the tubes showing the damaged tube. We will probably order more because it works very well.
