I have 20 party chairs that the plastic feet were breaking off. I like the rubber feet from Rubberfeetwarehouse, they fit really nice on my chairs. I just wish that they were white.

I had initally given a 1/5 rating because of receiving the wrong sized grommets as well as the wrong quantity, but I change that because customer service contacted me promptly and quickly sent me the correct sized ones. They deserve 5/5 for the follow up

I was going to order screws for my rubber bumpers, but it didn't have a picture or size of them. They have a large inventory and I couldn't find what I needed. Thank goodness I was able to call to get help.

Needed 4 rubber bushings. Did not meet minimum order level. Could have purchased several other items to meet minimum order level, but all were out of stock. Had to order 10 bushings. If you are going to have a minimum order level, keep your inventory up to date or get rid of it.

I had previously ordered a rubber endy-bit for my dad's walking-stick. I ordered two, and one fitted perfectly. This time he wanted something a bit smaller for a step-ladder. I guessed and went by the description on the web-site. The rubber foot came promptly and fitted the leg of my parents' ladder, perfectly.
