What I've notice when Rotten Tomatoes do reviews, they don't mention black women leads. Very biased.
I cant login since months and the support does not help.
$#*! site, I will never use it anymore!

I don't enjoy giving low rated reviews however Rotten Tomatoes users have no taste in good films, i can drop money and bet that if they praised a film, it is terrible, if they hate it i probably love it, in this ironic way it is helpful but not in the way it's intended, the reviews are often troll worthy, I have a hard time taking them seriously
For example their idea of a good film is recent Baby Driver (2017) which immediately starts out with the most awful background music I have ever encountered, it is literally torturous and Angel Egort as "baby" is immediately annoying, i can barely stand the first 10 minutes. Yet they have no problem slandering Fast And Furious or Transformers which by contrast have excellent choices in music such as rap, rnb, nu metal etc as opposed to blues, ska, reggae and are so much more cool, more sophisticated and action packed
The Tomato people appreciate the utterly abysmal It Follows horror film but have no problem slandering Some Kind Of Hate they review poorly with there strange opinion being that a film crammed with dialogue, boring character development and appeal to emotion fallacies are what i consider time wasted not getting to the point is more valuable than explosions and blood-shed. The lack of intelligent observation of the things that a film needs to be awesome is insult to my intelligence.
A lot of film critics are self-appointed, egotistical and more importantly clueless, they are completely out of touch and as aforementioned, very difficult to take the vast majority of the reviews on this site seriously having sat and watched what they praised compared to what they dislike, for me I believe the opposite is true.
Ridley Scott must get a volume discount for hiring Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. The hiring of these two, trivializes the work. It is elementary, that the problem with well-known actors is that they cannot escape their established personas. Use of new or unfamiliar faces would have made the stilted, forced attempts to create accents more believable. Game of Thrones is a perfect example. When it appeals least is when a popular, well-known personality is given a role, i.e.Ed Sheehan. Following his masterpiece, Gladiator, the bar that he himself created is high and will forever challenge and haunt him—like many great artist who attempt to repeat past successes. The opening battle scenes—the thunderous sound of horses galloping, snow lightly falling, screams of the dying and the attackers, gray forest backdrop—all replays of Gladiator direction. Box office success is never guaranteed with historic films, even when produced by a master—especially in today's 5-minute-internet attention span. Ridley is the master of this genre, but the main characters in a foreign-based historic film, should, at the very least, have an accent (French, British, whatever) that does not remind one of an American high school Shakespeare production that went on way too long. However, Ridley remains the master.
This site is excellent when it comes to rating anything from TV series to any movie. The reviews are accurate and trustworthy. It also allows for both top critics and average Joe to comment and rate any movie and takes into account your review.
Excellent site, wonderful layout and extremely informative.
Rottentomatoes--my fav place for movie reviews - this is my favorite movie review site. It compiles the reviews of movie critics across th country and gives a composite rating based on the different reviews. It also provides an easy way to view movie trailers and find the location and time of a movie near you.
If I'm in a look out to watch a movie or rent a dvd, this is the first site I will go to check on movie reviews. I like their ratings and the reviews. This saves me from money and time spent on watching a movie I most likely wouldn't enjoy.
I highly recommend to all movie fanatics to participate in their site.
I just won't watch a movie unless it has a solid rotten tomatoes review and rating. Popcorn ratings are good too but only when side by side. Nuff said!
Been awhile since I reviewed something so let me show you this cool site
Amazing Site gives you reviews of movies coming out and lets you watch trailers, also "Theres an App for everything", YES there is a Rotten Tomatoes iPhone app (FREE).
The Site is very easy to navigate just search in the search bar and you will find a review for almost anything, ie Iron Man 2.
You can also sign up and follow critics, hmmm seems like this site except that one is for movies and this is for sites.
Such a great movie resource! It's not the imdb where you can find anything but rottentomatos quite interesting facts! Thanks for really good movie database!
I like to check the reviews and stars on this site before buying a new Blu-ray. I don't usually go to the movies (no animals allowed) so I would like to get some idea before I buy..
Love this site as it informs me as to wether or not I may want to see a show or if I should totally avoid it. Saves me from wasting time on a rotten show!
I loved this movie. It was heart warming, funny, and very nostalgic for me. I highly recommend this movie for an enjoyable, entertaining experience.
Funny how some sites claim that Rotten Tomatoes is an unknown and unpopular website. They're pretty established with a huge database of movie reviews.
This site hasn't steered me wrong too many times, but we all have our own styles and opinions when it comes to what entertains us. I dig it.
I love to check this site before spending 40 bucks at the theatre on a date night.
Answer: Once they used to be one of the last nonbiased or money grabbing websites left where they let anyone comment, now? Now they delete your comment the second they are offered a penny by big corperations
