I tried to order this suit a month ago with our Mastercard and it wouldn't go through and the card was flagged. So I did bother again. Hate being on the phone. But I wanted the suite for a cruise and we're leaving g on the 23th so I am running out of time. Tried again to order with my Mastercard. It got flagged again. So I ordered it with my visa and it went through with no problem. Pd for expedited shipping so I will have it in time. Any clue why Mastercard doesn't like your company? I will never try to use mine again. I will just use my visa. Live and learn experience for me.
I ordered 2 dresses, 1 pant suit, and one top. The items arrived well packaged. My usual size has been L (large). Everything in my order was beautiful, good quality but much too generous in size large. I needed to return 3 out of the four. I asked for credit for one, and exchange for the other two in an M (medium size). All have arrived and in size M, fit great. I love the clothing that they show on line. When I get my credit, I will be purchasing a few more items in size M.

I love your swimwear but it is disappointing when you are given a code to use however when you try to use it you are told it is out of time.

I was a little hesitant about ordering from here at first, mainly because if I had to return an item, I didn't know how difficult it would be, but also, sizing issues. I used my own measurements and ordered the size that corresponded. I'm happy to report that everything fit great. Shipping took approximately 2 weeks, longer than if ordering from a company in the States. Individual Items were packed in individual bags before being shipped together.
I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding. Once I received my dress it had spots on it. I took a picture of it and uploaded it to Rotita. They responded and eventually they resolved my issue by replacing my dress by sending me another one. There were no spots on the second one. I appreciated Rotita's prompt service.
