One of the huggie earrings was defective, it was too small an opening for my earlobe but the other earring fit fine, so I returned them for an exchange on the same type of earring. I also bought a pair of lapis lazuli earrings, & a tanzanite ring, I'm very satisfied with those.

The earrings are beautiful-they are a gift I am sure she will love!

Have ordered from R & S for years and until recently very pleased with purchases. The last few purchases were neither not the quality or size I was expecting. Disappointing. Kept purchases though, but probably not likely to order in future.

I found chains that I liked and ordered them easily. There were pages and pages of chains in the catalog to se; ect from.

I bought it because it's supposed to be adjustable; however after wearing it a few times I've discovered that the adjustment mechanism doesn't really work. After a few minutes the chain slides back to its longest length. Any shorter length does not stay in place for long.

I lost an earring recently and wanted another pair. While overall I'm happy, I wish the morganite was a little pinker.
