Perhaps too easy! Nearly half of all my jewelry is from Ross-Simon. I see something I like either in the catalog or on-line, wait hopefully for it to be on sale and when that comes, I snatch it. Not only a lovely piece, but also the thrill of the successful hunt. I also like your instructional pages about the names of different chain links, or how to wear a ring stack etc,

The shopping online process is seamless. The earrings are absolutely incredible and so minimalist but very impactful. Thank you for being the only place who had exactly what I was looking for.

The two gold necklaces are what I expected. The silver chain is nice. I purchased it primarily because it's adjustable. However, I'm not sure how to adjust it?

The ring is beautiful. Very white sparkling diamonds at a good price. Your checkout is not great! I thought my order went through. I received no notice, so I called. I had to reorder. You need to rearrange your checkout page so buy is more visible to people ordering on their phone.

The necklace is very feminine. It is dainty and petite but that's what makes it look even more precious! The diamonds are nice quality and have a lot of sparkle! I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I lost a bracelet like this that my husband gave me so I had to purchase one so he did not find out I lost it. I got my bracelet and it was actually nicer than the original one and seemed stronger. I love it and wear it everyday.

I've been a Ross-Simons customer for many years and I am always pleased with their service. This Christmas I brought earrings for my daughter which she loved and I am waiting for a necklace that is on back-order. They are very good with keeping you updated on your orders.

I bought the pin for my wife. As a Mother's Day gift. The pin was much smaller than expected, not a broach size. I will likely return it and choose something else.

I had purchased a different bracelet at 8" which lays too low on my wrist. I ordered this in 7" and it's practically impossible to put on. 😌 I'll keep it and wear it when someone else is home.

I expected it to be bigger stones. Very hard to find size so happy with that. Could get bigger but Just can't spend that kind of money with out seeing item first.

Less than a week with this item and the diamond from the pendant has fallen out. Wouldn't recommend.

This is such a cute little necklace for Christmas. I love it. The chain has an extender which lets you change the length a bit. The pearl is a nice size and the Santa hat is bright and cute. It looks great and stands out on any solid top background. I'll be sad to take it off after Christmas is over! Lol

I was disappointed with this purchase. Chain is cheap and the clasp so small it's hard to attach and this chain isn't going to last, so thin and fragile for what I paid for this set. $180.00 for cheap jewelry. Won't buy anything else from your company.

My experience was easy to order. Service was great. They let you know when your order has shipped. I got my order quickly, it was packaged well. The necklace chain was wrapped without it getting twisted. I recommend Ross Simmons. I give them 5 stars.

Order and delivery were flawless
Ring is absolutely beautiful, I just did not realize the stones went completely around thus making my pinky and middle finger feel irritated and constricted otherwise a perfect 10 for me!

The first email I received from RS, confirmation of order, showed bill to and ship to addresses. The bill to was wrong but the ship to was correct so I didn't worry. The 2nd email, the order has shipped, somehow the ship to address changed to the bill to address which would be wrong. The 3rd email, delivery confirmation, still had the bill to and ship to addresses wrong. I didn't notice this until I couldn't find my package. Luckily the ship to address was a previous address of mine and I was able to get my package from the current inhabitants. I had called RS when I didn't receive my package but before I realized it was shipped to the wrong address. I called RS a second time when I realized the address problem. I don't know why RS didn't use the correct ship to address in my RS profile.
