My toe ring was shipped much earlier than expected and arrived in a pouch inside a reasonably solid little jewelery box. Very pleased with the entire experience.

I ordered this necklace because I thought it would look good with sweaters and t-shirts. Well, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The "stones" are "gems," sapphires to be exact, and they sparkle and shine as light hits them and I move around. The clasp is tight, and the silver wire is strong. I got the shorter length of the two offered, but I might get the longer one and wear them together. Anyway, I'm happy to endorse this product's quality and Ross-Simons' excellent customer service.

I have bought a good amount from Ross Simon. I was brought up in Rhode Island and we only went there.
I returned a ruby and diamond cocktail ring. The main ruby was milky cloudy. I own several other ruby rings from Roth Simon and none had a bad stone. I am hoping the ring I get will be of Roth Simon quality.

I lost my little miniature schnauzer to pancreatitis in January. Miss him so. The paw print bracelet does help soothe me. I have a new co pup but it isn't the same. Thank you for the engraving!

Purchased 3 pair of earrings and one necklace. Quite pleased with the appearance and style of the jewelry. Two pair of earrings were inside outside design: one a paper clip shape of white topaz and the other a hooo with hinge of multigen stones. The final oair were Valentine's Day theme: a post style of a bee with a Be Mine heart dangling. The necklace matched Valentine's Day earrings.

This is for my grand daughter. Her 16th birthday is not until December and I thought I better get a head start on gold prices jumping. The bracelet is beautiful, I'm sure she will love it.

There were two problems with the solitaire diamond necklace I purchased: 1) the spots where the chain attached to the diamond mount were too low causing the diamond to flip to the reverse side; and 2) the spring clasp was faulty, making it possible that the chain might detach and fall off.

I am a long-standing customer of Ross Simons and always enjoy looking at the catalog for the latest selections. Customer service is great and willing to work with you!

The CZ Tennis Necklace that I purchased did not fix me properly. It was 16" which was too long for me. I would have been better off with a14". The 16" rolled and the underside would show. I had to return the necklace.

Looked way nicer online than in person. Looks a lot bigger and more bold online if that makes sense. Have not given it to my wife yet but my first impression of it wasn't great.

Was very easy to buy jewelry gift. One of the earing pairs she wanted to return and was an involved process: you have to call customer srv first, complete multiple info fields and put them in right places and then drive to Post Office and mail unless u want to ship without proof

This chain is very dainty- which for the price I paid makes sense. I'm having a hard time keeping the toggle closed so that the chain doesn't fall off.

In your catalogues, the silver and gold chains were on one page, pictured next to one another, making it easy to compare and choose. Not so with online ordering

I bought this diamond heart pendant for my daughter's 40th birthday. It's stunning! The quality is outstanding. I'm sure she will love it as much as I do.

I enjoy shopping at Ross-Simons, and I've gotten a number of things I love. Unfortunately, this ring was not one of them. It looks and feels like cheap costume jewelry.

I purchased a pair of fresh water pearl earrings in Japan and lost one of them. I was happy to see that you had a similar pair. Purchase was easy and fast. I only wish I could have purchased just one earring rather than a pair. C'est la vie.

I'm not too pleased with my purchase. A pair of the earrings doesn't quite look like the website display and the necklace feels cheap. It's my first purchase but doubt I'll buy again.
