You took a while to deliver, but the product is good
I was a little skeptical at first because I've been duped by online retailers before, but RoseFeels made my shopping very easy. I got to customize what I wanted, they kept me informed during the entire process and they even came packaged with care. My wife and I were very pleased!

Purchased bracelet for my soon to be daughter in law. I started to get concerned when 3 weeks went by with no update. I emailed customer service and received reply next day. The bracelet showed up a few days later. Happy customer!
Had to request update twice. Kept being told it was 18-23 days standard when it states
4-8 and said for me to have patience. Then I told them I was going to contact my credit card and cancel because of late shipping.At that point they asked me to hang in there it should be there shortly. Took over three weeks to get to the address and by the time it was received I had left to go home to my permanent residence so I wasn't able to give the gift directly to the person. It was meant to be special before I left to go home and that didnt happen. She does like it alot.
