I ordered two of their picture frames for my mother-in-law and mother that had all of the
Grand children's names written on a tree. The online picture was beautiful and looked like something both of the ladies would really love. What I received was too cheap plastic frames with plastic inserts instead of glass. The copy of the tree with the kids names was also really bad not at all like the picture on their website. I was very disappointed but since The ladies receiving the gift had not seen the original I thought they would think it was fine, unfortunately both of the frames were damaged in shipping. When I reached out to the company they replied back saying they would give me a 20% discount and I could buy my own frames. I explained that was not going to work and that I wanted completely new frames and new plastic films. I should've just returned them for a refund… after a few weeks of emailing back-and-forth and me getting very angry they finally said they would ship out two frames and two new films I asked for two day shipping because I originally paid for two day shipping, they said yes and that was last I heard from them. That was at The beginning of this month and I have not received the replacements…

I sent the company several photos, and after numerous emails back and forth, they refused to replace the plaque or refund my money. I was out $67. This was a terrible experience.
