I have been a customer for several years, everything was perfectly well, prices, delivery but the last two orders they send the wrong model, one of them was an older model of the tennis shoe that I bought. Had to leave the country for work, did not solved anything. This last one they sent the wrong color and they could not exchange it because they dis not had my size anymore!
They offered a 10% discount, but could not solve any of both issues, not good at solving issues and beware when you ordered online because you might get the wrong order

Be aware to scam!

There is no way to cancel their membership that I didn't even sign up. I just shopped some stuff, and they made me the member. I attempted to call them five times. They always put me on hold forever until I gave up and hung up. This place is a total scam. There are class action lawsuit against them. I may need to join.

I've never had any problems with Road Runner Sports! I've ordered a couple of different Nikes for running from this website, which were discounted while the same shoes at the Nike Store were not yet on sale. They arrived within a week, and the transaction was pretty smooth!

Horrible Service
December 18, 2018

Horrible service, and absolutley ZERO ownership of their foul-ups. I ordered shoes, 2 day later they had not shipped. I call, they say they never got order form Paypal... Paypal says they got the order. Judging by hundreds of previous orders with reputable businesses, I must side with Paypal on this one. Absolutely NO attempt to try to make things right, but great lip service. Only reason for 1 star is that I can't give 0 stars.

I have gotten many shoes here and they have helped me with my feet so much. I had a great experience with Hannah, at the Worthington location. Hannah was very kind, super patient, and more than thorough. Hannah was very knowledgeable, and figured out exactly what I needed even when I didnt know. I had a great experience and the best fit on shoes I've ever had. Thanks Hannah!

I have recently purchased two pairs of shoes from them and both had material defects. Unfortunately, one pair was from their tent sale so I'm stuck with a pair of garbage shoes that were sewn wrong. They won't even give me a credit. Also, I ordered a pair of shoes from Roadrunner online and they have been back ordered for 3 months. I've been trying to call to cancel the order because that's the only option they give and I wait and wait on hold and then get hung up on. Not sure how to cancel the order? Really disappointed, I don't have a lot of money, but I like to run and my feet need good shoes. I recommend going somewhere else.

Overcharged me on initial order and VIP membership was added after checkout. Had to call to get that fixed. Website promises everything ships within 2 hours. Called back 2 days later to get tracking number and found out that shoes hadn't even shipped yet. Sylvester, a customer service manager proceeds to tell me that every issue has been my fault. They didn't overcharge me, I had the VIP membership in my cart. The promise of 2 hour shipping only applies to VIP members even though the shipping policy doesn't say that. Got tired of their crap and ordered from an honest company. Emailed complaint to company and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond.

Went to the Road Runner in North Brunswick. The sales associate Nick was incredibly patient and helpful. He talked us through the fit finder and explained about our arches and why some of us had achy feet. Then helped us pick the actual shoes. Overall great experience. I cant wait to wear my new sneakers on my next jog.

RRS claims to have great customer service and easy return policy, buyer beware! I returned 3 pairs of shoes using their easy return shipping label. They claimed their warehouse never received the items and therefore can't give me a refund. It's $500 and they don't care! I will never shop with them again!

Ripped off
July 28, 2022

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of Sauconys. Wore them only in the house a handful of times and returned them to the site welk within the eligible time frame. They were sent back to me, and I was denied my refund. Please tell me what is wrong with these shoes?

Wow. DO NOT BUY from this retailer. I placed an order and immediately received order details via email, as expected. Several weeks go by without communication. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who told me my order has been canceled. I never received any communication about this. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to replace an order. NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this company, far away!

Terrible

Will never order again from them. Placed an order July 21 and was emailed tracking number. Monday, 8/5/19 called customer service as we still hadn't received our order. They were to look into it and call me in couple of days. They did not call me back. I called them again today, 8/8/19 and they researched again and promised to call me back by 12:00 noon. They didn't call me until 2:35 to let me know they don't what happened to the shoes, but there are no more in my husbands size and they refunded me my money. Really. We've waited 2 1/2 weeks to get these shoes in. I would never have ordered from them had I known this was going to happen. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

Terrible customer service. You will order one size and get another (did they really think a 10.5 was going to fit my 6.5 foot?). Then you won't be able to return it. That is $115.00 for running shoes I can't wear. I'm disgusted, really disgusted. Anybody want to buy some new in the box Women's HOKA ONE ONE RINCON 3 size 10.5?

Avoid this company!

Horrible experience with this company. I signed up for VIP to get free shipping and planned to cancel.
- Only way to cancel is to call them. Super long hold times.
- Realize a month after the shoes arrive that they sent me two different sizes. The right shoe was a larger size than the left.
- Called their customer service line and was on hold for 1.2 hours. Insanity!
- Finally reached someone and they told me I couldn't return because I had cancelled VIP.
- After getting very upset and explaining that it was THEIR fault for sending me the incorrect size shoes, they finally agreed to allow me to return.
- Once they get the return, I receive an email saying they are charging me $9.99 for return shipping.
- I call AGAIN to learn that not only that, they also aren't refunding me. I'm getting a store credit. And there were no notes explaining that it was their error from my first call so there's nothing they can do.
- I certainly don't want any credit at this horrible company and just want my money back. After insisting on speaking to the manager, they finally agree to refund my money.

Every single step of this was horrible. This company is the absolute worst.

Easy returns policy fails to mention they charge a return fee of $10. It isn't until you attempt to return or exchange that they decide to share this little tidbit with you. When you call to address with them it is clear they know they are duping customers.

Scammers. Don't do it

Ordered Brooks running shoes twice, each time they charged my card then cancelled my order. Called customer service but they Do Not answer. Had to call my bank in order to get my money refunded. They advertise shoes online that are NOT in stock. Happened to me twice. Never again.

They will not answer the phone. I tried to cancel the VIP service and was put on hold for 44 minutes. And before I could say a word they hung up on me. So I called the shoe store and someone did answer but when I said I wanted to cancel the VIP service he hung up on me. They hit my credit card, I guess I'm going to have to dispute it.

I bought shoes from them because they were on sale wicked cheap. Free shipping too. I ordered a mens new balance size 9.5D and I got a new balance box in shrink wrap plastic that contained a womens turquoise and purple pair of size 10B. RRS tells me to return it in original box... uh the NB box cuz there was no shipping box? Oh and I have to pay shipping. WTF
If I return it to a store I wont have to pay... really... so nearest store is about 300 miles from me. Suk it RRS!

Horrible experience
February 11, 2020

I had my money ($400) froze for 6 days and still is... I confirmed inventory in stock prior to ordering over the phone, I also received a email confirmation saying item is in stock and ready to ship after I paid. To add insult to injury I've had to call daily for 6 days with no help due to systems down. Never received notice the items where ever shipped. I even paid extra for their VIP that ensures item is shipped out 2hrs after purchased. Roadrunner has completely failed in completing a simply transition in a timely manner. In the end there is no accountability on their behalf. No resolution or assistance to make this right. Still haven't released my money on my Navy Federal credit card. Have to wait for it to fall off and it's been 6 days! Roadrunner rep says item sold out today... 6 days later! I even paid for the VIP membership ensured items ship out within two hours... I want what I paid for nothing more, nothing less...
