Everything was good in the trip except it was a bit overpriced. The behaviour of the driver was good. It is very safe for ladies to travel.
We asked ritual to plan our trip for nainital. They give us the package to and from Delhi. They fulfil the commitment they have given. The trip includes 2 nights in Nainital(Hotel Spring Bird), 1 night in Kausani (Hotel Himvadi), and 2 nights in Corbett (Hotel Royals Corbett Forest Resort). There are some good abd bad experience stated below:
Thing that were positive:
1. The driver was the best and he guide us very well thorughout the trip.
2. Hotels in Nainital and Corbett were up to the mark.
3. Breakfast in Ninital and Corbett was good.
4. Budget was appropriate.
Things that were negative:
1. Hotel in Kausani was wrost.
2. They given hotel in Bhimtal which was 20 km away from Nainital. It would be better if hotel was in Nainital.
Overall the experience with Ritual was satisfactory.
We have travelled with them many times. This time it was Srilanka. Its a beautiful place and our tour coordinator was bhuvneshwar and he made sure all our expectations were met. He took out time and listened to every detail we needed for our five star stay and also helped us wen we were overseas. All and all a wonderful experience.
I will never forget the amazing experience with retual holidays, the trip was awesome. Monty our tour leader was fantastic!

I had taken package tour of kashmir i was very much tensed about the tour and hotels as this was my first time tour with my family but Madan sir and priyam singh madam made my family tour a remarkable their hotels houseboats was the best it was more than what i expected and they were regular in touch with me through the entire tour my experience was the best i would give 200 % out off 100% i had become a big fan of ritual holidays and once again thanks to Madan sir and priyam madam

We had travelled to Sri Lanka in the month of October. It was monsoon, but we enjoyed every minute. The accommodation and food arranged by Mr. Bhuvaneshwar from ritual holidays was very pleasing. The Coco beach resort is the one which was outstanding in terms of location and food that they provided. Thanks for all those sweet memories.

Ahmedabad. Bhuj. Kuch. Dwarka. Somnath. Diu
All the places were awesome. Agent was so helpful, when we requested him for a 7 days holiday plan. He sent us the details with very clear information. Nd made our trip so memorable... Nd the rooms were too good... driver is super coll. A unforgettable trip ever... But a room in somnath was not that good
I booked tour package for jodhpur and jaisalmir through Priyam of Ritual Holiday. The tour was arranged as she described to me. It was very good experience. They provide us with a innova fully dedicated for us. Hotels were nice.We didn't not face any problems throughout our tour... overall it was good experience and I will recommend others to travel through ritual holiday
We had a tour for one week starting from Ahmedabad and covering Bhuj, Kutch, Dwaraka, Jamnagar, Somanath and Diu. All the hotels that were booked by the travel agency are very nice, comfortable. The driver is also very professional and of helping nature. Overall the experience of Ritual holidays travel agency is very good and worth for money, recommended for everyone.
We had recently (26th October, 2019 to 31st October, 2019) went to Bangkok and Pattaya with our family (4 Families, 13 persons) with Ritual holidays, Kolkata. They have done a decent job. Priyam singh. One of best staff members and very good understanding girl. She is doing all good package of me. All hotel good. Separate car driver also good. All place decide by priyam Singh all place is nice no problem with ritual Holidays and

We have booked trip of 8N/9D from 7th October to 16th October 2019 for kerla and kanyakumari through Ritual Holidays of our group of 40 members and we were very much comfortable with Ritual Holidays. It was Very prompt timings and receiving at airports.
Good hotels, location of all hotels very pleasant, good services and package was very economic. We enjoyed our south India trip alot.
Ritual Holidays has given perfect and fair package on affordable pricing...
The vehicle was very neat and cleaned. Vehicle and tour organising staff was very supportive and healthy nature.

We had booked it for a tour to Jim Corbett and Lansdowne. Our booking agent Mr. Pradeep Gurjar was very cordial and booked hotels which I choose. He was very helpful.
Cons:
The problem was with the driver and the car. The driver was rude and a liar. He came 2.15 hours late to pick us after 3 dozen calls in a non commercial innova whose left front window didn't open. Imagine in hill station where the driver won't open the A/c and the window won't open. Even after making payment I had got more than a half dozen emails about incomplete payment.
Pros:
The tour allows you to change the hotels prior to booking and also is very flexible in the itenary, which are an added advantage.
Advice: Please have some control on the 3rd party from whom you are procuring the car and driver.
I sent my parents to punjab 4day trip... Really nice experience. Driver and hotel staff are really cooperative. Clean rooms and clean car...
We had a great time in Thailand. Thanks to ritual holidays for meticulously planning the trip for us. They made sure everything was arranged properly and were kind to clear our doubts and made sure all our needs were met. Very good travelled with Ritual Holidays in september 2019 and booked Best of lansdown Package. The trip was planned with meticulous planning and they tried to incorporate all the customisations. Room with glass windows and jacuzzi in Munnar that too at a rate less than our budget for the honeymoon. The driver who traveled with us knew English and Hindi and we had a good time. It was a truly enjoyable trip. Thanks to the team at Ritual Holidays. Please continue your high standard of customer friendly services in future as well.
