Ritual holidays arranged one week trip for us in Singapore, Malaysia.The whole experience was unforgettable, it was a week of new sights, new sounds and new feelings. From our greeting at the airport, we were made to feel so welcome by all the friendly staff of Ritual holidays, who simply made our stay a memorable and enjoyable holiday. Our visits to the Kuala Lumpur and Genting were enhanced by our knowledgaeble guide, who educated us in the best possible way about history. Everywhere we went, we were driven by the same driver, who seemed to have very few rules of the road, remained beautifully calm and not once made us feel anything but totally safe and secure. He was always ready to help us in every possible way.The staff at Hotel, where we stayed, were without exception friendly, polite and anxious to please. The restaurant was an absolute delight. I will recommend this hotel highly. All this wonderful attention to detail is, I believe, a hallmark of Ritual holidays service. There were lovely little touches, from the beautifully presented trip Guide and itinerary, The whole week went seamlessly and smoothly. Very best,

L would like to thanks ritual holidays for the awareness towards their customer's. This was my first guided tour and I absolutely loved it. The booking process was painless and the actual tour was fabulous. Our booking agent was very polite and made the process extremely easy. Once we arrived in Kashmir, we made sure the only thing we needed to do was have fun, take pictures and buy souvenirs! And the hotel ritual holidays provided us was decent with testy meal.

If you want to really enjoy yourself in a tour without any hassle of planning, book with ritual holidays. I would highly recommend ritual holidays to anyone looking for an unforgettable trip. Ritual holidays personnel was highly organized and efficient throughout every step of the process. I normally enjoy planning my own trips, but with wedding planning I was just too overwhelmed. I reached to ritual holidays and within 4 days they had our whole trip planned! They were very responsive to emails and incredibly easy to communicate. As far as the actual trip goes- I really can't say enough good times. We went to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur (golden triangle tour), although whole tour was perfect but i loved the place very much is Tajmahal (Agra) and the whole experience was perfect- start to finish.

From the very start of my experience with ritual holidays while researching a trip to dubai, I was impressed with the prompt, respectful and professional service I received. My travel expert was extremely personable and treated all of my inquiries and requests with professional poise and knowledge. She was exceptionally prompt in all replies and quickly put all my concerns aside. Dubai is very beautiful place. The trip she put together for me was perfect and matched my vision exactly. I wouldn't have changed anything!

My family tour at Gujarat was so beautiful. It was such a beautiful hotel and it's service was very nice. I recommend the Ritual Holidays our trip was 5 stars all round. I really thank this travle company this amazing deal for us, we really did get the best value for money and they were so easy and helpful to use. We just booked a tour and followed the simple steps of booking, it really was that easy. We received confirmation for our booking straight away. I will only be using this travel agency.

I had very bad experience with their arrangements. Promise 3* star hotel but was given budget hotel. They also have hidden charges. Not all the places covered as per the itinerary... some places we have to pay extra for transport which was not advised.
The worst was literally we were blackmailed to pay extra which was not advised at all before our arrival from malaysia... Sometimes the driver will disappear until we talk to Rohit and agreed to pay some money and then only the driver will come to fetch us. Our 13 Days tour was the worst nightmare...
And Rohit really was pain the $#*!. The worst person I have ever communicate with. They really sucks! Will never ever recommended!

This was my first trip abroad, well arranged by Ritual holidays for a very competitive price and very much reasonable for Singapore and Malaysia. The stay was excellent in all the places and travel itinerary was well planned. However there were some hiccups in between.
Hence we need to follow up on the status continuously( staff keep on changing). Overall the experience was very good. Keep up the good job Ritual Holidays.

We have used ritual holidays several times, always in india. The itineraries are well planned and the guides excellent. We would love to have any one of them as permanent friends. Choice of stopping places, although governed by the route is generally very good. Food, an important vacation item, is always great. The coaches are first class with excellent drivers. Many do not speak English very well so it is hard to thank them for their outstanding driving skills. I have never visited abroad, but i am planing my next year trip to maldives with ritual holidays.
