They got the order and the sizes wrong. What do you expect - it's shipped from some location in China. I paid USD$70 for 2 items. Shein wannabe junk. Waste of time and waste of money of which you won't get back - guaranteed.

Don't buy from this company. Their size guide is vastly different from the actual clothing item so most likely the items you purchase won't fit. On top of that, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and illogical and violated their own Returns and Exchanges policies. They wouldn't acknowledge their size guide error and refused to refund or exchange the item. Not sure how they received any 5star reviews on here but they sound fake as though they've all been written by the same person.

It still hasn't arrived and the tracking details show it has gone to a different country then what it was ordered to.
I have emailed multiple times and got no response. I would like a refund as it did not arrive in the promised time frame and the event I needed it for has passed. The order number is #*******.

I bought items at Rihoas, then returned items and waited for the money back, the amount was $53.55. So far, I have been waiting for the money for more than a month and still no refund, when I emailed them, I received a very superficial and roundabout reply, all they gave me was just a screen shot saying something was wrong there with the refunding. I am really upset with the way they work, have been waiting patiently but still not getting the desired result.

Looks and fits exactly like described. Very soft, smooth and lightweight. I would have ordered another color.

You're on instagram and see an ad for a really cute, vintage style dress, for a stupidly fair bargain and it's not so cheap that you're in doubt.
You visit the website and everything is basically up to par. Maybe you'll give yourself a little extra room and order a size up, just in case. Oh, and that sweater is adorable too, throw that in. It's a one size deal so you're gonna have to take what you can get.

And then you see it is shipping from mainland China. Oops. Now you have to investigate. Gosh there are some whiners out there. Someone ordered two days ago and is losing her mind because she hasn't gotten a tracking update in 5 hrs. I mean...it is coming FROM CHINA. But fast fashion junkies cut no slack. Ok. You decide not to worry about the shipping. Your order is on a boat, or a plane, or a weather balloon. Whatever.
It hits the ground in, like, Nebraska and is delivered the day after Thanksgiving. Amazing. From radio silence to sudden delivery. Great.
Now it's time to try it on. The dress seems a better deal than the sweater.

You're not sure what the sweater is made of exactly but it probably wasn't worth $40. It's soft...too soft. Too synthetic. Suspicious. But the world is a pretty decent place if you can be peeved by overly soft fabric.
The plastic buttons are a little sad. What ever happened to tin? The embroidery seems to have been lazily done (or the soul doing it is overworked and under paid). No embroidery is better than the rather anemic amount of thread they used on this thing.

The dress is a better deal but somehow it's both too tight and too loose. It seems like someone was guessing at what a woman's shape was instead of just following a pattern. The buttons pull in the bust and your boobs arent even that big AND you ordered a size up. That's too bad.

Should you return it? You heard the return process was a bundle of fun. Maybe you'll hang onto it and try to lose some weight up top instead. Luckily it wasn't THAT expensive and you've been trying to drop a couple of pounds anyway. Maybe this will add to the motivation.
So you pile it on the heap in your bedroom because you're not proud of it enough to hang it up with your other clothes just yet and you want to ignore it for now.

Great product for the cost. The pockets perfectly fit my smartphone. The material is a little bit see-through (I bought the white one), but really only if you're wearing dark underwear with the dress. I use this dress as an outdoor wedding dress. It was a very small wedding so this dress was very appropriate I would say that it's good for any occasion even if you're just doing a casual night out and you wanted to pair it with some dress sandals as I did.

Order this now! It is so cute! It will be perfect for my summer vacation. The cut is true to size. I was worried that it would be too short but I am 5'8" and it hits me right at my knee. The material is soft and thin but not see through. It's perfect! I'm in my 50's and it doesn't look to little girlish. It would be very pretty paired with a cardigan or a Jean jacket and sandals.

The colors are super bright which is exactly what I was hoping for. The shirt is a nice breathable fabric and it's cut just right! It's not too long or short and my arms have enough space to move. The shirt is fitting without being tight around the armpit.

There is something of interest for everyone on Rihoas. If you need something for someone who has everything, look here! Warning! You may find this site addictive - hours can pass while you are browsing. But the best bit, once you have filled your basket with items, (and you will), is that you will have 'discovered' very useful/pretty/innovative things you didn't know existed but now need. I mainly shop in the Household and Home Decor categories where I find lots of my craft supplies, but I regularly also stray into Clothing and Accessories. Another 'best bit' is the price. Just look - you won't believe it! That reminds me, it's high time I had another epic browse because there is always something new!

I knew rihoas from my favorite influencer. Her picture terribly attracted me. I got the dress after 10 days of shipping. Just like the pictures, very elegant and unique, I can't wait to wear the dress for my date.

I LOVE this little dress. It's soft, flowy, and holds its shape. It is slightly see-through at the bust, but I'm large chested and this tends to be the case with most lighted weight fabrics on me, so i always just kinda expect it.

Overall, I had a good experience with Rihoas! Sizing took some deliberate effort, but I only had one thing that didn't fit correctly. Otherwise, the customer service was pretty helpful! Kind of a bummer that they don't help pay for returns after more than 14 days, but I can understand that too. Overall, good experience.

I absolutely love this dress! It is so flattering and can easily be dressed up for work or down for a day out. The fabric is buttery soft and breathable and the cut/style is very flattering. Runs true to size for me. Definitely would recommend it!

I have an athletic figure and it is hard to find flattering dresses. I got a ton of compliments. The material was of good quality and did not wrinkle easily. Another huge plus was the dress was not at all see-through so I did not have to wear an ugly bra with it. I plan on ordering more colors.

Good quality clothes for a great price. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I bought a beautiful skirt and while I was wearing it the second time the zipper broke. I was heartbroken since the skirt was so cute! Otherwise, highly recommended!

Wore this dress on a cruise for my birthday. It was beautiful, I received so many compliments! It did ride up a little as I walked I think a XL probably would have stopped that from happening. But I love this dress.
