I would like to thank Revzilla for providing great customer service! Had an issue with the delivery address being entered wrong on my behalf.I called the customer service number and the call was answered by a customer service representative and I was provided with courteous and prompt service. The correction was made and it took no time at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

The only reason it didn't get a five star is because the site chart is a little confusing to me to read. I went off of my waist size and seeing that I work out my legs were bigger so I had to go up two sizes, based on my thigh size versus my waist and inseam

I have been a RevZilla customer for years. They offer quality merchandise, at attractive prices. I also have a Cycle Gear close to me and enjoy their personal customer service. (Manchester, CT) What else is there to say... great products, at great prices, and outstanding service. "The Trifecta"! I also enjoy the videos comparing multiple brands "head to head". Very informative, and in IMHO extremely accurate.

I was asking about shipping info, nobody told me about shipping and tracking, My order arrived in time, but it was delivered in a hotel, so that is the reason and importance of knowing shipping info. Customer service online don´t help me anythinhg.

Faizel helped me pick out my Quad Lock needs. When I came back Ron helped order what I needed that wasn't in the store and then he and another person helped purchase product with a Gift Card. Item is working out well
