Good prices and products had what I wanted and shipped fast

The CRG blindsided is a very good product for the money and Revzilla customer service is second to none.

I want to start with that any one who hides behind fine print is hoping no one reads it. Revzilla is deceptive in listing items as being in stock when they actually are not in stock but available from the manufacturer " In Stock, Ships in 5-7 working days" isn't factual. What it means per the fine print is that they do not have it in stock but will need to order it from the manufacturer and they may or may not be able to ship it out in 5-7 working days. I've been a long time customer of Revzilla and Cycle Gear, but since they all merged or were bought out by a large conglomerate the customer service has declined big time. When I called to find out about when an item I ordered would ship the customer service agent's only answer was to show me the fine print. When I mentioned they lost a customer all he said was to ask if there was anything else he could do for me.

I ordered a Letric lighting buckshot for my Indian Pursuit. It is an absolute monster. I can light up a 3 lane interstate side to side, 5 seconds up at 90mph with the low beam. For those idiots who slow roll the fast lane, high beam reminds them that they need to use the skinny pedal.

Ordered 4 valve springs. Shipped me one and never mentioned the others. So I had to call to find out the rest were on back order.

I had placed an order for 2 items. Within 2 days I received them. I ordered the wrong sizes. I sent them back and bought 2 more items. Within 2 days I had a refund and my properly fitting items. Both of which were of excellent quality. I'll be shopping here in the future.

I received a blemished item. Reveille worked with me on a solution (blemish discount). Just wish it would have been received without blemish. The process added 2 phone calls and an hour to my day.

GREAT NO COMPLAINTS. The rack was shipped within a few days, and was as described. OEM Yamaha part. Great price. It's on the bike.

What you claimed would ship in 5-7 days didn't. After 8 days of hearing nothing from you, I called you. I eventually received the helmet with broken pieces from the visor floating around in the bag with the helmet. Called you again, you sent me an email asking for photos and 3 questions to answer before you would make a decision as to what course to follow. You said that would take two days. Today is day three and again, I've heard nothing from you.

Website says in stock ships today! Actually ships over a week later. Im so tired of online vendors who arent honest about what they have and when they can send it. Took a chance on some on sale tank grips. They are horrible. Wont stick. It was properly prepped and wont stick. Glad they were only 10 bucks. Feel real bad for the folks who paid 60 for them.
