I have ordered from RevZilla before and was very happy with the product and the speed of delivery. I was excited to buy from y'all again. After this go I don't know that I will. I have been tracking my order for some time. To be excited that my helmet has shipped and was delivered today. When in fact it was the face shield that is still supposably waiting for pick up. And a week ago on an online chat was not very pleased with the response with the takes 5-7 days to ship. When it had already been 8 days from the time ordered.
Great, but wish the discount code for first time order applied to all products. Overall I was expecting to spend a bit on sets for me and my wife. We love the gear!
Bike Louder now did what it said very impressive performance
I got an AlpineStars Tech Off Road Vest and it wouldn't work. A quick call to customer service and they said "you're not the first one, but you have to take the back panel off and flip the "Shipping Switch" and then it fired right up.
Needed to order stuff and it showed up quickly and was exactly as expected.
Customer service helped me pick the right parts. And prices were about average. Good experience!

Always my go to for moto gear! My new Sedici Alexi II Mesh jacket is a winner. Well made. Size spot on. Heavier that I thought with the two liners. Living in AZ it may just replace my seasons old Scorpion Yosemite as my cold weather jacket too.

I ordered some baffles for my exhaust which arrived when promised. The process was very easy. Prior to that, I had ordered a seat for another bike, which I had to unfortunately return because the deal fell through on that bike. They were very understanding and I received a full refund - no hassles or questions. I will never shop anywhere else from now on.

The biggest issue I have with revzilla, and one which will make me reconsider shopping with you again, is that I bought 2 items with 24 hr shipping, that didn't ship for a few days after. This resulted in me not having the parts I wanted for my track day. If I can't rely on consistent shipping, then I'll look elsewhere for these parts in the future.
