Wondering if you send product with cold packs

One of my Resveretrols appears slightly browned

I think these need to be shipped with cold packs and dates of when the item was originally manufactured. Worried about the quality and I have no way of knowing whether this was sitting inside warehouse for months and that's why it was on sale

Pricing is key - especially for Canadians who pay a premium in currency differences. Please make discounts readily available.

Very efficient so far.

I'm not sure why it shipped DHL, then reached a hub and switched to FedEx. We had trouble locating the package received by the mailroom as I received a notice that a DHL package had been received and signed for. Staff searched all over but one could not be located. Finally, someone found one for me that's was from FedEx though, which turned out to be it.

Excellent and convenient.
