I RECENTLY SIGNED UP FOR THIS APP/COMPANY AND USED IT I BELIEVE TWICE, ONCE FOR GIFT CARD MALL AND ONCE FOR AMAZON. TODAY, ON A DAY I NEED THIS TRASH THE LEAST, I RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING I WAS IN VIOLATION OF THEIR TERMS. IT DOESN'T SAY HOW, IT'S VERY GENERIC AND THEY STATE THEY ARE SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT AND I'M NO LONGER TO PARTICIPATE. THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF IS USING IT TOWARD GIFT CARD MALL AND GIFT CARD MALL TAKING IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CANCEL MY ORDER. IF THAT'S HOW YOU'RE GOING TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, THEN SO BE IT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER WAYS TO SCORE DEALS AND WHAT NOT. YOU CAN USE EBATES, SHOPKICK, DROP... ALL WAYS TO SAVE. I'M NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO COMMIT FRAUD OR CHEAT AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING ACCUSED OF SUCH A THING.

I ALWAYS go to this website before purchasing something online or ordering food through places like Pizza Hut. They usually have some type of coupon code that you can use for shopping online, but some of them are invalid. However, that's not the site's fault! Users can enter codes into the site themselves, and some enter invalid codes just for the sake of doing it, one-time use codes so they get credit for someone using it, or referral codes so that they can make money off of them. All you have to do is down-vote the code if it isn't working and it'll be taken off the site! It's not that big of a deal, and it only takes a few minutes to check a few codes to see if they're working so that you can save some money!
As for codes that you can use in-store, be sure that you have the right information before taking the coupon in! I once went to B&BW with a RetailMeNot coupon pulled up on my phone, but they refused to honor it and I ended up paying full-price for the items I bought. However, when I called B&BW customer service, they were nice enough to give me free credit to use online totalling the price of the coupon.
I bought a Dominos gift card for 17$ and was supposed to be worth $20. When i went to the dominos store the cashier said it only had $2.81 balance. I tried to email but they never replied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. SCAM AT ITS BEST
Love this site im constantly using it to find discounts and deals. Although i will admit that i wish they cleaned things up a bit as there are alot of old coupons and such that i could do without.

I am not going to use their site anymore. Many coupons that shows "verified", are actually not verified because most of them are not valid. This is just a waste of time.

The Nike coupons on this website may be fraudulent -- they did not accept them when we tried to use them (and, to make it worse, we had a TERRIBLE experience with the Nike employee in Utah when we tried to use them - he was so HORRIBLE and treated us badly when we tried to use what we thought was a legit deal).
No, that was not the reason. Maybe those are the limits now, but not when my review was written. I've used all the cash back sites for years and know how to use them. I went over the rules with your support. When pinned down they simply told me it must be my cookies aren't enabled and it was on my end. I showed them many other sites during that time period where I had no issue, only with your site. How did any offers at RMN get activated ever then? Even with purchase confirmations your staff refused to manually adjust the offers that were activated and not past the store/monthly limit. I'm also not the only person commenting on this same problem with your cash back site. I will say I have used it a couple times since the first review (therefore the two stars upgrade) when absolutely no other cash back offers were available on other sites and I have been paid, but only about half the time. Better than it was. Still, if you're factoring the cb into your purchase price, don't utilize this site. It's payout rate ratio for offers is not impressive.

When I first started using them they honored their cashback offers. Lately there seems to be a problem with every purchase I make although you can very clearly see that I activated the cash back promo. I've supplied them with order confirmations verifying my orders. I absolutely do not have cookies blocked, in fact they're enabled specifically. No problem "activating" the cash back, but boy there's a problem "receiving" the cash back. When purchasing I factored in the price expecting to get the cash back. I've gotten the bogus "you've done too many offers" when one offer out of five eligible went through but more were activated so I should have been eligible for four more. The not enough days when more than enough time has passed according to their deadlines. Send us the confirmations, did that. Then the we have manually applied it. No, they didn't. I'm done with them now. I'm guessing my recent cashback percentage about 5% honored. Goodbye.
I bought a macaroni grill gift card last year. The same day I went to use it and got to the restaurant and they were closed down, no other one even within a few hours of me. So I ended up giving the gift card to a family member across country because they have a macaroni grill in their town. She went to use it and it had NO MONEY on it, it had a $0.00 balance! Retailmenot emails me back stating it was used the day I bought it last year and again the day my aunt tried to use it, but it had NO funds on it. There's NO WAY AT ALL THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN USED LAST YEAR THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS NO LONGER NEAR MY CITY AT ALL! This company steals your money and are thief's! I should have read reviews before purchasing, but the company will be hearing from my attorney soon! Anyone else have this same problem we need to all come together and go after this company for stealing money from us!

I've always liked RetailMeNot, but I have constructive feedback for the company and I hope this is actually taken into consideration.
The cash back system is majorly flawed and needs to be updated. Whenever I use it (quite frequently), I feel like it's always a gamble for whether or not the cash back will actually come through. More times than not, it doesn't come through. It will tell you that you need to wait a REALLY long time (like 45 days) to see if the retailer let RetailMeNot know that you made a purchase and that you need to check back then. I online shop pretty much daily... who the heck is going to remember to check back a month and a half later on every single purchase? This is bad user experience.
We shouldn't have to keep track of every single purchase we made to ensure RetailMeNot did their job.
They need to optimize the system so the user can clearly keep track of every purchase that was made immediately after it happened like how Ebates (now Rakuten) does. This would be VERY helpful!

One of the better coupon sites around - like that I can find coupons on even some of the smaller, more obscure mountain biking and outdoor sites. Usually one of the first places I check for coupons.
RetailMeNot saved me lots of $$$ over the years. I don't have to hunt down coupons or sign up for spammy newsletters filling up my inbox. I just go to RetailMeNot.

I requested a printout of a ONE PAGE COUPON without "signing in" and RMN tried to print 27 additional pages! I killed the print operation after two of these extra pages and deleted the print job still in que but I have nothing good to say about RetailMeNot!
