Initially reached out to CSR for assistance in setting up an account. Karen Katz contacted me the next day and set up the account with our tax exempt status. When I experienced a glitch with the order, Karen again phoned and placed the order for me. The level of customer service from beginning to end was exemplary. I knew I had chosen the right company to handle our ordering needs going forward!
Good. The shipping charges should be lower for such a small product.
I have used this company for several years. But I had an issue with a product last time I ordered and they refunded all of $10. Then I placed an order two weeks ago, and when I checked there was no tracking information available. So I called customer service, and the agent told me that because of past problems with my orders, they would no longer do business with me, and he then hung up on me! So the lesson is, whatever bad service we give or faulty products we sell, that is all you can expect, and if you so much as complain, we will cut you off and do it very rudely!

Though I have ordered paper products from ReStockIt for over a decade, the last two times I placed an order there were complications with shipping. Boxes never arrived. But ReStockIt always responded quickly to my inquiry/complaint, re-sent the order, and boxes arrived within 3 days.
Restock it has great prices on paper and cleaning supplies and you can't beat their prices on that compare to both safeway and office depot. Toners are more expensive here and I have found cheaper prices at stores where they sell off label toners that are not the same brand name. Easy to keep reordering from company too.
Karen quickly got back to me regarding the tracing of a delayed shipment. She told me when it was scheduled to arrive and indeed it did arrive on schedule as she indicated. Restockit is a first class company in this more and more challenging industry, with a great sales-and-customer-service staff from Adam (in the old days) now to Harold, and now to Karen.
I placed an order on March 13,2020. The amount of $187.34 was processed through my credit union account that same day. So far, I have not received a verification email or the order. Company is now only accepting email communications. As a result, I doubt that I'll be receiving my order or refund. Please, take the time to read other reviews where customers had the same or similar issues with this company. I wish I had read them before placing an order.
