REVISIT YOUR POLICIES.

FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE FAITHFULLY PURCHASED MY PAPER PRODUCTS AND OTHER SUPPLIES FROM ReStockIt. DURING COVID WE ALL CUT BACK. BUT JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I PLACED MY LAST ORDER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU SHOWING HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAD. WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND TRIED TO USE THE POINTS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. NOW IT SHOWS ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT ORDERED. DISAPOINTING NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THOSE REWARDS AFTER TAKING YEARS TO EARN.

Hidden shipping and tax fees

As I wrote Karen Katz, on 2/28/25: in completing my order for a 2025 desk calendar for $6.30 on your site, there were no listed shipping or tax charges. Once I submitted the order, it was received and completed as a $20.82 charge. This seems like a deceptive practice. If your company is interested in developing loyal customers, I would recommend that all charges be listed and obvious before submitting an order. Convenience and delivery were otherwise good.
