I had the easiest time making it through the application with an extremely attentive and amazing realtor helping me throughout the entire process. This application take no more than 30 minutes with all the correct information at hand.
That was my first experience. It is really easy to use rentspree, instead of filling out lots of papers. Specially for busy people. It just took less than 5 minutes to apply for a rental home. I loved it.

The site is very easy to use with the exception of a list of information that will be requested would help before the application is started. Not all information on Transunion is correct.
