I have never dealt with needing an ESA letter before so I didn't know where to start. I began searching the internet and quickly realized how many there were to choose from. Now I needed to select one that was a legitimate site and would not fraudulently overcharge me for a letter that in the end would not be accepted. When I completed the short online process I had a little difficulty accessing the site to print out my letter. I went to the live chat and Derek Marshall assisted me. He was very patient and guided me step by step to access the letter. For some reason that wouldn't work, he went above and beyond and did what he needed to do on his end so he could send it directly to my email. At that point he explained if I needed hard copies I could obtain them at a later date and other info that was very helpful. At the end of the chat I felt very comfortable with the letter I would be sending to my rental company. Overall my experience with REALESA LETTER was one worth writing about and also by spreading
