There are problems with the automated bonus payments but customer support was fast and efficient. I got the $5 bonuses for spending $25 or more after emailing them.
A couple of nights ago I was shopping online & thought that I had Ebates enabled for my purchase. It was a big Ebate, so I was extra happy! Turned out that somewhere along the line I messed up and didn't get that Ebate — but when I let them know & provided proof that I'd bought the product, they gave me the credit!

I sometimes forget to make my purchases through ebates, but they always let me add my order to my ebates account when I contact customer service. They have the best customer service team ever! They always respond immediately when contacted and resolve the problem quickly.
I recently purchased items through Ebates from JCP. After a couple of weeks, I didn't see anything listed in my Cash Back. I contacted support and provided the required information. The reply I received surprised me! While Ebates had not received credit from JCP yet, they still applied my Cash Back so that I wouldn't have to wait. I was treated VERY well by support. They did not at any time try to make this my fault. Instead, they were professional and courteous. Overall, this was a very good experience and one that I will share with many other people.
I had a problem with receiving cash back from one of the stores (Ebay). I emailed customer service regarding the issue. The issues was completely resolved in less than 20 minutes... not only did I get credited for immediate cash back, but also received hints on how to prevent this in the future. Thanks!

I have had many experiences with ebates customer service and they have always been helpful, quick to respond and always willing to help. I have had so many companies with poor customer service lately and ebates is so refreshing and everything a company should be. I speak highly of ebates to everyone. I had forgotten I had received, not 1 but 2 big fat checks. By the time I found the first one it had expired and I lost the second one. I contacted customer service at 6pm on a Thursday night and 20 min later I had an email from an actual person (in addition to the automatic reply) saying they were working on it. By the next morning my issue was resolved. This is another reason why I will always use ebates and recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you!
For some reason I was kicked off the website I was shopping on and therefore my ebates did not kick in. I e-mailed ebates and within an hour, ebates resolved my issue and my cash back is now in my account! If you aren't already an ebates customer, you must join! Its an awesome complany with great customer service!
I have been a member since 2012 and I have to say that Ebates has the best customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with. Every question I have is answered promptly, efficiently and with great courtesy. I am so pleased to be a customer and I share my experience with every person I can.

Allison went far beyond all expectations assisting me with my problem, and she did it with the utmost kindness and expedience. I have only been an Ebates customer for about a year, and the company has been on target from day one. After considering both my short term affiliation, I expected a kind apology in a few days, and nothing more.
This could not be further from what took place.
Within what seemed like seconds, the company responded, and maybe with some luck, Allison took the situation and ran with it. She is an asset to any organization and it seems Ebates knows how to hire the best and brightest, because I cannot remember such quality service.
All I can say now is WOW!
