A while back, I decided to order a custom shirt with a design I made for a gift. I own a few shirts from them already so I knew that they ran large. The description for the custom shirts states they are RageOn brand tees (polyester and in their weird boutique sizing), so I double checked the sizing charts, measured some shirts three times over, and ordered a size down from what the recipient normally wears. When I received the shirt it looked great, but it was a standard cotton Gildan shirt that ran true to size, and therefore was too small. They don't do returns for custom shirts so I kind of just accepted my fate because it was also too late to order another by this point, but I was obviously pretty upset and didn't want others to have the same problem happen. I tried to contact them on two occasions with the hopes of getting some sort of validation but more importantly to point out the discrepancy. No response. When I finally resulted to posting publicly on their facebook page, they just deleted my comment! (In all instances, I was peeved but polite and tried to be understanding still.) In the end I never heard back from them and the information is STILL incorrect for their custom tees. Definitely will never be giving my business to them again.

Tl; dr- Custom shirt information (measurements and material) is NOT correct, customer service is atrocious and totally unresponsive, and they'll delete your constructive comments because it means they have to admit they did something wrong

I have 2 fantastic shirts made specifically by this vendor Rageon, but I spent $50 on a pair of XL pizza shorts and another $30 on a XL shirt that went well with them. Both by 3rd party sellers, both COMICALLY tiny, not at all XL. And get this, NO EXCHANGES ON 3RD PARTY CRAP!

So it probably ruins my patronage of Rageon as a whole (1000s of these companies now, why go back to one that took my $$) but maybe you can avoid the bad taste in my mouth by avoiding anything they don't stand behind in their fine print...

DO NOT Mistake RageOn For Other T-Shirt/Product Design Sites. While You ACTUALLY Earn Commissions And Experience Actual Sales For Your Art Work On Other Sites. RageOn Is A Popularity Contest Meshed With Site Workers And Clicks Of Certain Artists. You Can Spend Weeks Designing, Using Your Own Art Work, And Find The Idea Altered For Sale On The Main Page. The Items Posted There Are The Only Products That Get Play For Sales, Therefore It's A Handful Of Supposed Designers That Get The Sales... They Have A System SUPER LIKE That Pays You 1 Cent On Sales Of Products You Super Like. Throwing You A Bone For The Complete Rip Off Of Your Art & Imagination. The Site Is Also Plastered With Copyright Infringements From Online Designs, Sports Teams, Movie Stars, And Brand Names... No One Polices These Items. While I Believe That The Site Has The Potential To Become Another Great Place For Artists To Showcase Their Work, And Generate Some Revenue From It, RageOn Is Running It All Wrong. Until I See Changes That Protect And Benefit Artists, As Well As Personal Copyrights, I'll Call It "RipOff" Instead...

BUT! This is so cool: My purchase was linked through amazon which gave me great security. Then I got Facebook message updates through the whole process which was so cool! How amazing is it to have a company that is so in touch with technology and internet business. Also of course the prints are amazing. The options we have now is great.

Minor critique would be cost compared to quality of fabric. But understandable with this sort of print on demand market. "
