The onboarding was completely transparent and everything discussed was put in writing.

MUST READ if you are considering paying this company for their leads! This company is the most unethical, untrustworthy and scammy company I have ever dealt with.

I got a call from Anthony at Qazzoo who is a sales rep. (I had these calls pulled by their "finance person" Nikki and sent to me to listen, so this infomation is accurate) and He told me all the great things such as: 10 leads a month, you can give the leads back if they are no good and get reimbursed with new leads, AND THERE IS NO CONTRACT SO YOU CAN CANCEL WHENEVER, etc. He said there are different payment plans, monthly, 3 months and 6 months. I told him I would be intersted inthe 3 months as that was within the budget I wanted to spend - Within this same sentence I asked again about being able to cancel and Anthony confirmed that I could. I moved forward with their marketing.

One day I got several calls which I miseed from Qazzoo about a VIP program. I took one of the calls later on in the day and the man on the phone was asking if I would want a website "AT NO ADDITIONAL COST". I confirmed several times with the person I spoke to that this was at no cost to my monthly program and he confirmed so I agreed to this "no additional cost website"

I then start looking at the platform and unlock a few leads to see what kind of quality leads they are. Out of the leads that I unlocked I spoke to two people and they had no idea that they were giving their information out for realtor so call them and were trying to look at forclosures and distressed properties. For me those are not the leads I am looking for whatsoever and so I go to return the lead as I was told I could. NO WHERE ON THE APP OR THE WEBSITE IS THERE AN OPTION TO SEND THE LEAD BACK. I called to no avail to try to get the leads sent back and couldnt get anyone who could help. So I thought to myself, I'm going to cancel.

I called to cancel and I couldnt get anyone on the phone for two weeks. The billing was coming up so I locked my card thinking they will call me to reslove it since I can't reach them to cancel.

Nikky the finance person reaches out to try to "collect my debt". I explain exaclty what I was told above, about being able to cancel and that this is what I wanted to do but couldn't get anyone on the phone. She said to me that I signed up for the 3 month "package" and I cannot cancel. She said that in the RECIEPT I recieved AFTER I PAID that it states that I committed to three months and cannot cancel.

We continued to go back and forth for many days and I will spare the details as this is getting long.

But she said that I actually signed up for an additional three months when I agreed to the no cost website, which I didn't at all. I told her the guy said it was free and she said she listened to the call and he said it was "at no additional cost" but that the no additional cost meant that I would continue to pay my original monthly fee for another three months - this was not at all in the conversation I had with the man.

She then said I actually owed at total of approximately $1800 to them. She said she would either send my account to COLLECTIONS and it would affect my credit score or I could just pay one more monthly fee and she would cancel my account.

Qazzoo employees blatantly lied and mislead me by thier "wording" and not having any contracts or things to sign before paying. Basically, if you don't ask the right questions (which, how would you even know to unless you understand the ins and outs of this compay's products) they won't give you all of the infomation necessary - keepting their fees and contracts hidden. It's insane that a company can operate so unethically and stay in business. I advice you to stay very very far away. This company is the most unethical, untrustworthy and scammy company I have ever dealt with.
