PayPal seems to get confused between US and Cdn dollars so I never know what I'm actually going to be billed. I never had this problem with PureBulk before I used PayPal nor with PayPal for any other vendor.

Unable to change my shipping address info, you can not ship USPS to my rural address, you must use my PO Box for any USPS mailings...couldn't change, no comment box on order form to inform you! PayPal has my correct P.O. Box address as preferred and selected address! You shipped to my home via fedex, they did finally get it here, but you had my PO Box zip code, not my residential sip code, so luckuy it got here at all.
The only gripe I have is the shipping cost via the USPS option to Canada has become far too outrageous in ****. I try to take advantage of sales to justify the shipping however it still does'nt feel like a deal in comparison to the experience of US customers.
