The only frustrating thing is not really under your control. With Red Yeast Rice, I didn't know what concentration of Monacolins I was getting, so it is a gamble as to whether it will do anything at all. If there was some (legal) way of indicating if the formulation had changed since the labeling changed or if the formulation was the same as say 2 years ago when the labeling was clear and informative, that might help.

I've ordered several time and am always happy with the product. I would like a better pakage though, the reseal strip gets clogged and doesn't seal. Also some of the size pkgs arne't available.

Your "Shop by..." and Search functions are quick, smooth and helpful. Suggestion: I anticipate a possible problem shipping to a PO Box. Your shipping instructions might make questionable situations like PO boxes and even international delivery clearer.
