Pick up contractor didn't show up or call as scheduled on next day came really late at night didn't call for been late I called customer service really scheduled was on time they was polite but contractor disappointed on delivery was over expectation early than expected even with hurracaine on the sea and PR was Great timing

My car arriving date was dilated and your notice that the car is not arrive the date was scheduled you notice the day after was scheduled, I have to extend the time of a car rent, so I have to loose more money in car rent, I know that's something can happen but you're company is responsible to let me know with more time.
