This is the worst storage business I have ever dealt with! Their prices are crazy and constantly increasing and their late fee is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is terrible! You would think during a pandemic a company might try to sympathize with its customers. I had asked if I could change my due date for my bill because I was being charged the late fee every month because of my pay dates and currently living pay check to paycheck- nope. Can't waive the fee either, god forbid. The topping on the cake- I finally found an apartment and my move in date is the 12th of the month, can you believe I have to pay for the FULL month when I'm not even using the unit for half the month! I have learned my lesson and will never use this storage facility again and I will make sure any friends or family stay far away as well. There are many good, fair companies out there but this is not one of them!

Great woman named Erin helped me in my time of need she works at several locations but Palm Bay fl is was the location she assisted me. Erin was prompt in finding me a storage facility that was climate controlled fast and easy and even gave me the special that was available for that unit thank you so much.

Grace Works at property # *******: She is a very wonderful, very helpful lady. Grace always goes that extra mile for everyone and she has a great smile on her face when she does it. Grace has helped me in so many ways with her great Public Storage knowledge, and her genuine down to earth attitude. I have rented a storage unit from this company when we became homeless 3 years ago. Our rent started at $197.00. We are still homeless 3 years later and they have raised our rent many times. Today I received a email that rent was going up another $130.00. It is now $492.00 a month for a unit. You would think long time renters would get a decrease rate instead of adding such a ridiculous rate. I'm so disappointed in this company. I have rented units and referred so many people through the years. I would not recommend this company.

I've been using Public Storage in Island Park, NY. For many many years.
I've also used storage in Hempstead, NY. And never have had any bad experiences.
This is why I won't consider using anyone else.
Had two small units for years. Then I went to one small and one really large one today.
I am very pleased to have had yet Another caring and attentive staff member Gianni help me today. She's a wonderful young lady. Made doing business there much smoother.
I'm a very satisfied customers for years now! I commend them.:-)

I give Public Storage a great score, which is hard with Me. But i have no complaints.
I had been with them for two years and my things were good.
Of course Mr. King has been extremely helpful... by giving good customer service. The property was always clean and in order.
My experience was good in ******* South Main Houston, Texas. Even the storm has came and left {Harvey} and nothing in the storage was damaged.

Public storages will randomly charge you months later after you have already moved out if you were using auto pay on a credit card. After telling credit card not to pay, I am hit with debit, collecting company who has (years!) Worth of private information and credit card transactions that went back to 17 years ago! If this random, charge was a computer accident then why the debit collecting company. It's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. I will be mad if I see anything on my credit score because it's public storages fault!

Your enticing promotional rate is just something you get in. After that you will get email from them that your rent increases. Started with online promotional $110.00, after 3 months went up to $160.00, after 6 months May 2019 increases now to $204.00. And don't wait 30 days to pay they will change your lock and set a date for auctioning your stuff. One star is for customer service, otherwise this company is totally ripping people left and right. Your insurance only covered $3,000, and lots of stuff not covered. DO not Rent from this company.

Allen Park, MI. Reported no light in unit in December. At end of March, still no light. Rate hike from $155.00/month to $181.00/ month within a few months. When asked about it, girl in office said to call "customer service". No such people exist. All options take you back to local office. None of the customer service or other corporate office phone numbers give you any help, again, all lead back to local office which gives no help.
