Storage unit rent was increased $150! The place wreaks of mildew so all of my belongings now smell like an old musty attic. Property manager does not have authority enough to take care of rent and move out problems. I gave my move out notice and they are still charging me for rent when I vacated the premises. They are unprofessional and wayyy overpriced, never rent from them again!
Patrice went above and beyond to help me find a cart. She is so nice and always wants to make her customers happy. It would be great if the Public Storage located off of Coral Ridge Drive and Holmberg could add a few more carts. Thanks Patrice for going above and beyond!
We were uncertain the kind of storage we needed in moving out of one house and combining items with a current house. Mr. Darrell and Ms. Kiera greeted us warmly and were able to serve us very quickly and very well. The friendly greeting as a new customer meant a lot. There are so many good decent storage facility out there that won't screw you over. I rented a unit for 32 days and they charged me two months rent it's absurd you would think they would just charge for two days but not them don't trust them it's not worth it.

I DO NOT recommend Public Storage. They suck you in with the cheapest rates and then you will get an email about 4 months later saying your rates are going up. I rented a 10 x 10 unit for $47/month and received an email from corporate 4 months later that I'm now going to have to pay $55/month. When I spoke to the office manager they said corporate is who decides on rate changes so I called corporate to complain. The lady on the phone listened to my compliant and told me to hold because her manager wanted to speak with me. I waited 2 more minutes for her to transfer me back to customer service! I was so mad and ended up getting transferred to someone's voicemail which I NEVER got a returned call. I will be cleaning out my unit and letting everyone know how they do business. What awful customer service!

If you value your time and money... go to any one of them other than PUBLIC STORAGE! Your money in their hands is all that matters. Look up the class action suite against them & their deplorable practices, Damn shame, don't say I didn't warn you
I had a difficult seeing and making my payment online and the sweet young lady by the name of Samantha was so kind to walk me through step by step by step she was so patient polite and did not let me leave the call until it was complete. This is what I call perfect customer service job well done..
I recently used your storage service and was not expecting to have such knowledgeable helpful, friendly service. Delores was the Manager that helped us. I rent a space at Public Storage and they went up on my rent - a lot. Terrell in customer service checked and he got the rate reduced. During these tough times, I appreciated his professionalism and prompt assistance. Very kind and polite. Public Storage has always been a great place and everyone has been so nice and supportive during the move and the unexpected long term storage situation.
Straight to the point, both the manager some older white male speaks in high pitch voice and a white female are nasty people. They wanna play pranks thinking im there slave! My bill is $81.08 they charged me $80.01 for a few months then send me a late fee. They say im a little slow so they wanna illegally target me. But i'm not into bs or slavery. I walk in and the girl works there gives me a brake down of bs then again charged me $80.01. When i can back she said i owe the balance. Spoke to the manager and he says he doesnt know why they all play these dirty games with me!
The service I received from ANGEL was excellent. She answered my phone call questions quickly.
She also helped me put heavier items In my car. AND helped me with the locks on my storage door.
I am an. 80 yr old widow and I would never admit this if it weren't true. I check in with Angel when I arrive

I've have rented several units over the years and never had an office Manger exceed my expectations but the Office Manager Michelle at 7601 Airport Fwy Richland Hills Facilitates went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful, and showed me several units to make sure I got the right size unit, good sales person and explained things about my contract and went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. She made the whole experience go smoothly of renting a storage unit. She is an asset to your company and greets people with a smile and has a bubbly personality. I will recommend my friends to visit her and let her accommodate their needs.
Patti is awesome! She is polite, kind, honest, hard working and very accommodating. Plain and simply this Kelly Road Public Storage is great because of Patti. It's the reason I like renting there. Super positive and super friendly. The location is great for me as well.

I understand soupy and demand. Paying more the car insurance for a rental is asking alot. However, to raise my rental space and then use it for "Public Storage's" junk is unacceptable. I will not use this company again! I literally had to ask people to move there things to get my trailer.
I rented a unit in Columbia Md. I had to move to help care for my mother. I was settled in another state for about 4 months when I received notification that my monthly rent was going up $146 within another 6 months another $61! My rent went $207 in less than a year. They will not answer calls or emails. Don't rent from Public Storage
I went to your store in Southfield Michigan expecting the usual spiel but I was pleasantly surprised! Mariah went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and explain things throughly. She is very warm and friendly! She is MARVELOUS! Please don't lose her! I'm going to recommend this place to all my friend and colleges!
I was looking for storage space. My plans changed. Never even moved into storage space. Canceled reservation and public storage charged me $29 for admin fees. What fees, I never took possession or even received a key. Total rip off. Buyer beware. They will not give refund for the fee. Called Corp office and transfer to receptionist.

Even though my storage units are at two different locations and one is in Kentucky after a flood there, I have been paying my rents at your property for many years! You and your staff have been so polite and helpful each month you make me feel so comfortable I would have gladly moved my storage to your location if it was feasible. During these years after the floods. It's been a pleasure doing business with y'all as a customer for decades.
