You will avail no useful information, and they will sneak in a 'MEMBERSHIP', costing you 39$. The membership conditions will be buried somewhere inside terms and conditions in email after you pay $1, will never mention it in the website. If you call them for a refund, they will parrot out a response, that you yourself signed in for membership. Please check other reviews stating the same. Shady, sponsored in Google to take advantage of you, and worst experience you can have. Do not recommend. Federal and state records will cost less than that. Also, so many 1 star reviews and the overall rating is 4 star, something doesn't add up.
Service is great and informative. Death records and obituaries are a notable miss though! Its really a shame that it get so expensive too after the initial trial period. Now I'll scramble to get what I need and have to drop it. Still have to look for obituaries or death records to find my step mom's ashes. Partial help is partial thanks.:-)
