I signed up to get emails from Tyler Read when I was doing research on what PT program to go with. His emails always include such great information for the different available programs and any deals they all might be running. While I have yet to sign up for a program, I love getting Tyler's emails to keep me up to date with the current offerings, and will be all the more useful when I am finally able to start my PT journey!

I was spending way too many hours reading every word in every chapter! I would have NEVER been able to finish reading the book before the exam, much less retain the information as I read. I was getting antsy to find a different alternative that would still be thorough and help me learn the BIG information more quickly. I love this website because I can use my personal NASM account to watch the chapter videos and then I can read Tyler's study guide to reiterate what the videos taught me. I am a huge proponent of flash cards, and had found pre-made study sets on Quizlet. However, I love that Tyler has a set to go along with each chapter, rather than one huge bundle of terms for the entire book. The best part is, he offers all of these things (and more) for free! Of course there are some resources that can be purchased, but I think it's incredible that he put this all together out of a passion to help those of us who want to become personal trainers. Just know, you stumbled upon the right website!
