I bought the 3D vacuum heat press, however, the timing function does not work and the machine wont heat up to 190 degrees in the second try... dont know what else to say I expect a refund...
Been shopping with them for a couple of years they have a nice variety and they give heat directions thats a plus. Plus I love their little shows on diy.
WISH SHIPPING didn't cost so much to get it to California other than that product is grate custom prints are great really only thing I don't like is shipping if u don't pay hundreds of dollars for shipping it takes forever for it to arrive
Its the little things, you know. Proworld is great: you earn points, free shipping, the Swedish fish. The company actually cares about the customer. They dont have to give Swedish fish to your customers, but you do. I didnt get any, so I was a little bummed. I didnt get a decal I wanted, but it was refunded. No Swedish fish really got me though. I look forward to the fishies.
It's we're as described, there were no flaws with the product that I received. They make sure that you get your product in a timely manner which I enjoy
The selection of hot presses, transfers and services offered by Proworld is clearly without much competition, which is admirable. The items all arrived surprisingly fast, which was great. Though the hot press I ordered was a beginner model costing just $500, it was clearly brutalized in its journey even before UPS got a hold of it. And I was home when UPS arrived - the driver elected for some reason to carry it rather than hand truck it - and that last slam on the concrete step was literally a bell ringer (I could hear the metal of the press give a short, bell-like tone). The press works great, which is the good news. But it is a bit bent due to the lack of effective packing around the main arm, in addition to its subsequent travels (and brutal travel should always be anticipated and hedged with thoughtful packaging, especially for a 70lb metal behemoth). Anyway, it felt a bit like I'd bought a used car: a good price, happy to have it, but having to accept the damage done as part of the deal.

My vinyl arrived with no wrinkles and the package was in good condition. There was a time when the wrong box was used during packaging and the edges of my vinyl transfers were wrinkled.
I loved my decals and I will be getting more. Very reasonable and love the products. Very great.so glad that I found pro world. Just need to know how to do my own decals to send to y'all
