I found this site to be easy to use and maneuver around! The report was extremely detailed and will be quite useful!
Excellent for property value comps. Far better than MLS comps and more professional for discussing with Sellers and Buyers.
I was pleased with the quickness of the reply with the info on this home in Altadena, CA. It helped a friend out quite a lot, she's pleased.
Couldn't get the property boundaries to show on map, but overall i was able to find what I was looking for.
It didn't give me any new information. The actual price is not given and neither the sale price.

Property Search for Easement and Zoning Issues for the property. The website seems a little wierd. But so far I have gotten what I ask for.
Gave me more information about the property like about construction and also the real sqft the is complete wrong on real state website
